Your pay
Your weekly pay on My analytics, how it is calculated, and what each status means.
What it's for
The Your pay box shows your pay for your last payroll weeks. You can check how much you earned, how it was calculated, and if it is paid.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Chatter.
- You have an employee profile. An administrator creates it.
- An administrator has made payroll for at least one week (on People → Payroll).
Steps
Open My analytics
In the menu on the left, click Analytics → My analytics.
Find the Your pay box
Scroll down to the box Your pay. Under the title: "Your last payroll weeks (Monday–Sunday, ET)." You see up to 12 weeks. The newest week is at the top.
Read a week
Each line is one week:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Week | The Monday the week starts. |
| Hours | The hours counted for that week. A dash (—) means 0. |
| Hourly | Your pay for those hours. |
| Commission | Your commission on that week's sales. |
| Other | Bonus, your monthly sales bonus and other pay (and a weekly salary, if you have one), minus any deduction. |
| Amount due | What you get for the week. |
| Status | Where the payment is (see below). When it is paid, the paid date shows next to it. |
How your pay is calculated
A payroll week runs from Monday to Sunday, New York time (ET).
- Hourly = your hours × your hourly rate.
- Commission = your counted net sales for the week, minus reversed sales, × your commission %.
- Other = bonus + monthly sales bonus + other pay (+ weekly salary, if you have one) − deduction.
- Amount due = Hourly + Commission + Other. It is never less than $0.00.
The rates are the ones you had on the Monday of that week.
A tiny example (made-up numbers):
- You worked 30 hours. Your hourly rate is $5.00. Hourly = 30 × $5.00 = $150.00.
- Your paid messages and tips for the week were $2,000.00, which is $1,600.00 net. Sales worth $80.00 net were returned. Your commission is 5%. Commission = ($1,600.00 − $80.00) × 5% = $76.00.
- No bonus, no deduction. Other = $0.00.
- Amount due = $150.00 + $76.00 = $226.00.
If you also got a $10.00 bonus, Other shows $10.00 and Amount due shows $236.00.
Which sales count for commission
Commission is paid on the net of your sales: what is left after the platform takes its 20% fee. $100.00 of sales is $80.00 net. Only some kinds of sales count, by default paid messages and tips; subscriptions and posts don't. Sales that were undone or returned are taken off.
Your sales are the ones Infloww credits to you. When Infloww credits a sale to nobody, it goes to the chatters on the roster for that creator page at the time of the sale (see My shifts); two chatters on the same page and shift share it equally. If nobody was rostered, a manager can add it to you as a sales credit while the week is still Pending.
Your monthly sales bonus
When a month is closed (from the 5th of the next month), your bonus for that month is added to your first Pending payroll week after the close, in Other. It is paid with that week: when the week is Paid, the bonus shows Paid on My sales too. How the bonus is worked out is explained there.
For example (made-up numbers): September is closed on October 5 with a $750 bonus. Your week of October 12 is the first Pending week, so its Other goes up by $750.00.
What each status means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Payroll is being prepared. The numbers can still change. |
| Approved | An administrator checked it. It is waiting to be paid. |
| Paid | You were paid. The paid date shows next to it. |
| Skipped | There is no payment for this week. |
What you should see
- Only your own weeks.
- The newest week at the top, at most 12 weeks.
- If you have no employee profile: "You do not have an employee profile yet, so there is no payroll to show."
- If there is no payroll for you yet: "No payroll weeks yet."

Good to know
Your hours in payroll
Your hours for each payroll week come from Hubstaff: all your Hubstaff time from Monday to Sunday (New York time). Hours in Your pay is fixed when the week is approved, so it can differ from Hours worked at the top of the page if Hubstaff changed afterwards. If your hours look wrong, fix them in Hubstaff or tell an administrator before the week is approved.
Your rates
Your hourly rate comes from Hubstaff for most staff, and the app follows it about every 15 minutes. A new rate counts from the first payroll week that starts on or after the day it changed. Ask an administrator about your rates.
Estimated earnings at the top of the page is only a guess, made with today's rates. Your real pay is the Amount due here.
