This page walks through everything a Chatter can do, in a sensible order. Use it to test the app as a Chatter from start to end. Each part links to the page with the full steps.

Before you startCopy Anchor Link

• Sign in with the test account for the Chatter role (the owner shares these privately).
• Have a second person ready with a Manager or Administrator account. Some checks need them (to give you a task, approve a request, run payroll).
• The ticks on this page are not saved. Write down anything that is different from the guide, and send it to the owner.
• Each section starts with a short video of the steps (no sound, captions on screen). The videos use made-up people and numbers, so your screens show different names and figures.

1. Sign in and the menuCopy Anchor Link

• Sign in with your email and the 6-digit code. You land on My analytics.
• A wrong code shows That code is incorrect or has expired. Request a new one.
• After Use a different email or get a new code and Continue, the old code no longer works. Only the new one works.
• The menu shows exactly: Analytics: My analytics · Operations: Requests, My requests, My shifts, Calendar · Management: My tasks · Resources: Knowledge, Model sheet.
• The menu does not show Overview, Employees, Payroll, Tasks, Strikes or Clients.
• The menu at the bottom left shows your name and Chatter.
• Theme → Dark turns the app dark. Light turns it back.
• Help & guides opens your own guide (this one).

2. My analytics and Your payCopy Anchor Link

See My analytics and Your pay.

• The page shows only your own numbers.
• Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and Custom change the dates.
• Custom with the start after the end shows The start must be before the end.
• Estimated earnings = sales × commission + hours × hourly rate.
• Your rates shows your hourly rate and commission (or No commission).
• Your pay: Amount due = Hourly + Commission + Other for each week.
• The administrator approves, then pays, one of your weeks: the status changes to Approved, then Paid with the date, and Confirmed pay goes up.
• A Pending week is not counted in Confirmed pay.
• My sales tab: the grid shows your sales by day for the year; a month's Total is the sum of its days and Net is lower. My sales
• Projected bonus and Next tier match the tier table for Net so far.
• On a phone, only the grid scrolls sideways.
• After the administrator closes a month and pays the week with your bonus, Monthly bonuses shows it Paid, and that week's Other in Your pay includes it.

3. Content requestsCopy Anchor Link

• Operations → Requests → New request: the Page list shows only your creators.
• A tip of $0 is refused. Tip paid so far bigger than the tip is refused.
• Type a new fan username, What to call them "Rob", tip 900 and Sent locked for 150: the request is called "… for Rob (…)" and shows $900.00 tip + $150.00 locked = $1,050.00.
• Send a Custom video request: Request submitted. and the status Submitted.
• A Custom video tip below the model's custom video price (see Model sheet) shows a warning, and you can still submit.
• Send a Video call request with a call time.
• Mine shows only your requests. The tabs are Mine and To send.
• Your next request for the same page offers that fan under Saved fans. The fan's username on the request opens the fan's page with Requests and Total tipped.
• On your request, there is no Approve or Decline button and no Update (admin) box.
• Upload two files to your request: both are listed under Reference files (up to 5).
• The manager accepts one request (Approved) and declines another with a note (Declined). History shows both.
• The approved request is on To send. Mark sent → Marked sent., status Sent, gone from To send. You can't undo it.
• Send a Physical item request with a made-up shipping address: the request shows "Address on file" and the first name and city only. Once approved, Mark sent opens Mark this item sent? with Carrier and Tracking number. Ship a physical item

4. Staff requestsCopy Anchor Link

See Ask for time off, Other staff requests and Follow your staff requests.

• Operations → My requests → New request: Time off starting today is refused with Request time off at least one day ahead.
• Send Time off for two days next week. The status is Submitted.
• Edit it and change the title: Request updated.
• Send an Other request without details: Describe what you need. Add details and send it.
• Cancel the Other request: Request cancelled. and the status Cancelled.
• The manager approves your Time off: the status is Approved, and Edit and Cancel request are gone.
• You see no Review box and no Approve or Deny buttons on your own requests.

Requests that were already in the app before you started testing may have no decision line in History. Check the history with a request you send yourself.

5. CalendarCopy Anchor Link

• There is no New event button. Agency events have no Edit or Delete button.
• Your approved Time off shows on its days as Time off.
• Your open content request shows on its due date as Content request.
• A task with a due date shows as Task due (after step 6).
• You don't see other people's time off.

My shiftsCopy Anchor Link

See My shifts.

• Operations → My shifts opens on next week. Mark one day Off and leave Reason empty: the week is not saved and you are asked for a reason.
• Add a reason and click Send availability: the badge reads Submitted (or Submitted late after Friday 11:59 PM New York time).
• A day with approved all-day time off is locked as Off — time off approved.
• After your manager rosters you, the shift shows under This week or Next week, and their feedback shows in Feedback from your manager.

6. My tasksCopy Anchor Link

• The administrator gives you a task with a due date. It shows on Management → My tasks.
• Your manager splits one of their tasks and gives you a part. It shows "Part of" and the manager's task title.
• Move a task to In progress, then Blocked with a note, then Done. Each time: Status updated. and a line in History.
• A Done task has no Move to buttons. There is no Reopen button.
• Add a comment: Comment added.
• There is no New task, Edit, Add subtask or Cancelled button.

7. KnowledgeCopy Anchor Link

• You see only the documents shared with chatters.
• Clicking a document opens a page of the Chatter guide (this guide).
• Search finds a document by a word in its title.
• There is no New document and no Edit button.
• Resources → Model sheet shows only the models whose pages are assigned to you, with their prices. There is no Edit button.
• Copy next to an FAQ answer copies the answer only.
• Another model's address (ask an administrator for it) shows Page not found.

8. Pages that should be blockedCopy Anchor Link

Type each address after the app's address (for example, add /payroll at the end). Each one should show Page not found and "This page doesn't exist or you don't have access to it."

• A content request or a staff request of another person, opened by its address, shows Page not found.

9. Sign outCopy Anchor Link

• Open the menu at the bottom left and click Sign out, then confirm. You are back on the sign-in page.
• Open /my/analytics again: the sign-in page shows. After you sign in, you are back on My analytics.
