Submit a content request
When a fan buys a custom video, a video call or a physical item, send it to the team.
What it's for
When a fan buys custom content from you in a chat, you send a content request. It tells the team what the fan bought, for which page, the tip and the due date. A manager, an administrator or the creator then accepts it or declines it.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Chatter.
- Your account is linked to your Infloww employee. An administrator does this.
- You are assigned to the creator in Infloww (you chat for them). The list of creators only shows your creators.
- You know what the fan bought, what they tipped and when the fan should get it.
Steps
Open the Requests page
In the menu on the left, click Operations → Requests. The title is Requests. Under it: "Custom content you sold to fans and its approval status."
Start a new request
Click New request (top right). A panel called New custom content request opens on the right of the page. Under the title: "What the fan bought. An admin or a manager accepts or denies it."
Choose the page and the type
- Page: click Choose a creator and pick the creator's page. Only your creators are in the list. If you have only one, it is already picked.
- Type: pick Custom video, Video call or Physical item. Custom video is picked first.
Pick the fan
- Fan username: click the box ("Pick a saved fan or type a new one") and start typing the fan's OnlyFans username. Fans already saved for this page show under Saved fans: click one to pick it. A fan who isn't saved yet shows as Use “…” (saved when you submit): click it to use that username. You must pick a fan.
- Picking a saved fan fills in What to call them and Fan profile link with what was saved. You can still change them.
- What to call them (optional): the name the fan goes by, for example "Rob". It shows in the request's name: "Custom video for Rob (demo_rob_t)".
- Fan profile link (optional): the link to the fan's profile. It must start with
https://onlyfans.com/.
The box is greyed out ("Choose the page first") until you pick a page. Saved fans belong to one page: if you change the page, pick the fan again.
Add the money
- Tip (USD): what the fan tipped up front, for example
50or49.99. It must be more than $0. - Tip paid so far (USD): how much of the tip the fan already paid. Leave it empty if nothing is paid yet. It can't be more than the tip.
- Sent locked for (optional): if the video goes to the fan as a locked message, its price. For
example, a fan tips $900 and the video is sent locked for $150: type
900as the tip and150here. The request then shows $900.00 tip + $150.00 locked = $1,050.00.
Add the dates and the length
- Date tipped: the day the fan tipped. It is today at first. You can pick an earlier day, up to a year back, but not a day in the future.
- Due date: the day the fan should get it. It can't be in the past.
- Duration in minutes (optional): for a Custom video or a Video call, how long it is, from 1 to 240 minutes. Leave it empty if the fan didn't ask for a length.
- For a Video call, also fill in Call time and choose the Time zone.
- For a Physical item, also fill in Item description, Size (optional) and the fan's Shipping address (optional) (see Ship a physical item).
- For a Custom video, once the page and the tip are filled in, the form checks the tip against the model's Custom video price on the Model sheet. If the tip is below it (for that length), or the model's custom videos are Not offered or Needs approval, a yellow warning shows under the dates. It is only a warning: you can still submit.
- For a Custom video, the time zone is always New York: the form says "America/New_York (always ET for custom videos)".
Describe what the fan bought
- Details: what the fan wants, in your own words. You must fill this in.
- Notes for the creator (optional): a short note for the creator, for example the outfit or the words to say (100 characters at most). The creator sees it as Notes for you.
Add files (optional)
Reference files (optional): you can add up to 5 pictures or PDFs, for example example photos from the fan. "Up to 5 files: PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF, up to 4 MB each." Hold Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) to pick several files at once.
Send it
Click Submit request at the bottom of the panel (or Cancel to close it). While it saves, the button says Submitting….
What you should see
- A message at the bottom right: Request submitted.
- The panel closes and the request page opens. The status is Submitted.
- A new fan is now saved for this page. Next time, they show under Saved fans when you type their username (Saved fans).
- Tip paid shows how much of the tip is paid: Unpaid, Partially paid or Paid. The locked message doesn't count here: it has its own line, Locked message.
- History shows Request submitted. with your name and the time.
- If the creator has their own login in the app, you read: "Waiting for the creator's decision. They see this request in their portal and can approve or decline it."
If something is missing or wrong, a red message shows under the field:

| Enter whole minutes from 1 to 240. | Fix Duration in minutes, or leave it empty. |
| Choose the call time (HH:MM). | For a video call, pick the time. |
| Choose a PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF file. | The file type is not allowed. |
| Choose a file up to 4 MB. | A file is too big. |
| Choose up to 5 files. | Pick 5 files or fewer. |
If the request saved but a file did not, the message starts with "Request saved, but these files were not added" and names the files. Add them again from the request page (Follow your content requests).

If the form is not shown
Instead of the form, you may see:
- Your account is not linked to an Infloww employee — "Ask an admin to link your account."
- No creators are assigned to you — "Ask an admin to assign you to the creators you chat for."
Ask an administrator in both cases.
Check the due date
The due date can't be in the past: the form says The due date can't be in the past. Check the date before you click Submit request.
