My analytics
Your own sales, messages and hours, what each number means, and why the page can be empty.
What it's for
My analytics shows how you are doing: your sales, the fans you chatted with, your messages and your hours. It also shows your rates and your pay. Only your own numbers are shown. You don't see the chatters' numbers here, and they don't see yours.
This is the first page you see after you sign in.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Manager.
- For sales and message numbers, your account must be linked to your Infloww employee. An administrator does this on your employee profile. Without it, the page shows no numbers.
- For hours, your employee profile must be linked to Hubstaff (the time tracker). An administrator does this too.
Steps
Open the page
In the menu on the left, click Analytics → My analytics. The title is My analytics. Under it: "Your own sales, messages, hours and pay. Nobody else's numbers are shown here."
Stay on Overview
Under the title there are two tabs: Overview (this page) and My sales (your sales by day and month, and your monthly bonus, see My sales). Overview is open when you arrive.
Pick the dates
Under the tabs there are five buttons: Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and Custom. 30 days is picked when you arrive.
- Today means since midnight, New York time (ET).
- 7 days, 30 days and 90 days end today.
Next to the buttons, a small line shows the dates, for example "Sep 23 – Oct 22 · ET".
Pick your own dates (optional)
Click Custom. Two date boxes appear, From (ET) and To (ET), filled in with the dates you were looking at, so the numbers stay on screen. Change them, then click Apply. The boxes don't offer days after today.
If the dates are wrong, the small line shows a message instead of numbers:
- Choose a start and an end date.
- The start must be before the end.
- The end cannot be in the future.
- Choose at most 366 days.
Check how fresh the numbers are
On the right there is a small badge, for example Updated 12 min ago. Hold the mouse over it to see the exact time. The badge is:
- green when the numbers are less than 45 minutes old,
- amber when they are up to 6 hours old,
- red when they are older.
The badge only shows when there are numbers.
Read your numbers
Eight boxes show your numbers for the dates you picked. See the table below for what each one means.
If you picked more than one day, a chart Sales per day shows your sales for each day (ET days).
Check your rates
The box Your rates shows your Hourly rate today (for example "$8.00/h") and your Commission today (for example "4%"). If you don't earn a commission, you see a grey No commission label. A dash (—) means no hourly rate is set.
What each number means
| Box | What it means |
|---|---|
| Attributed sales | The money from sales Infloww gives you credit for. |
| Estimated earnings | A guess of what you earned: commission on your credited net sales (the same sales payroll counts, see Your pay), plus your hours × your hourly rate. It is not your pay. |
| Confirmed pay | Your real pay: payroll weeks an administrator has approved or paid, in these dates. |
| Hours worked | Your hours from Hubstaff (tracked time, plus time added by hand in Hubstaff). The chip next to them, such as 56% active, is your Hubstaff activity: how much of that time had keyboard or mouse use. Time added by hand is left out. |
| Messages sent | How many messages you sent to fans. |
| Fans chatted | How many fans you chatted with. |
| PPV unlocks | How many paid messages (pay-per-view) fans unlocked. |
| Avg response time | How long you took to answer a fan, on average. For example "45s" or "2m 5s". |
A small example of Estimated earnings (made-up numbers): your counted net sales are $1,200.00 and your commission is 4%. That is $48.00. You worked 40 hours at $8.00 an hour. That is $320.00. Estimated earnings: $368.00.
Your real pay is on the Your pay page.
What you should see
- Your own numbers only. No list of chatters or other people.
- The eight boxes, the Your rates box and the Your pay box.
- Hours worked shows a dash (—) and "Hubstaff not connected yet" when your profile has no Hubstaff link.
When there are no numbers, you see one of these instead of the boxes:
- Your account is not linked to an Infloww employee yet — "Ask an admin to link it. Until then there are no sales or message numbers to show." Ask an administrator to link your account.
- No data for this range yet — "The Infloww sync has not produced numbers for this window yet." The app has not read your numbers from Infloww yet. Try again later.
- With Custom dates: "There are no daily numbers for these dates yet. Try a range inside the last 90 days."
Your rates and Your pay still show, even when there are no sales numbers.
Test checklist
Good to know
The app reads your numbers from Infloww about every 15 minutes. When you open this page and the numbers are more than 10 minutes old, the app asks for fresh numbers in the background. The page you see does not change. Open the page again a minute later to see the newer numbers.
A Manager can't see the agency's totals or another person's numbers. Those pages (Overview, Creators, Financials, Reports) are for administrators.
