This page walks through everything a Manager can do, in a sensible order. Use it to test the app as a Manager from start to end. Each part links to the page with the full steps.

Before you startCopy Anchor Link

• Sign in with the test account for the Manager role (the owner shares these privately).
• Have other people ready, each in their own browser or private window:
  • a Chatter (sends you content and staff requests, works your subtasks),
  • an Administrator (gives you a task, runs payroll, decides your own requests),
  • a Creator with a portal login (gets your creator task, decides on content requests).
• Each section starts with a short video of the steps (no sound, captions on screen). The videos use made-up people and numbers, so your screens show different names and figures.
• The ticks on this page are not saved. Write down anything that is different from the guide, and send it to the owner.

Requests that were already in the app before you started testing may show shorter History lines (for example only "Submitted.", or "Submitted → approved" with no note). Check the wording on the TEST requests you create during the test.

1. Sign in and the menuCopy Anchor Link

• Sign in with your email and the 6-digit code. You land on My analytics.
• A wrong code shows That code is incorrect or has expired. Request a new one.
• After Use a different email or get a new code and Continue, the old code no longer works. Only the new one works.
• The menu shows exactly: Analytics: My analytics · People: Sales credits, Monthly sales · Operations: Requests, My requests, Roster, My shifts, Calendar · Management: My tasks, Strikes, Clients · Resources: Knowledge, Model sheet.
• The menu does not show Overview, Creators, Employees, Payroll, Posting, Scheduling, Tasks or Integrations.
• The menu at the bottom left shows your name and Manager.
• Theme → Dark turns the app dark. Light turns it back.
• Help & guides opens your own guide (this one).

2. My analytics and Your payCopy Anchor Link

• The page shows only your own numbers, never a chatter's.
• Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and Custom change the dates.
• Custom with the start after the end shows The start must be before the end.
• Estimated earnings = sales × commission + hours × hourly rate.
• Your rates shows your hourly rate and commission (or No commission).
• Your pay: Hourly = Hours × rate, and Amount due = Hourly + Commission + Other for each week.
• Only if the owner agrees (payroll is real): the administrator approves, then pays, one of your weeks. The status changes to Approved, then Paid with the date, and Confirmed pay goes up.
• No employee profile or no payroll for the test account: Your pay shows the empty message instead.
• A Pending week is not counted in Confirmed pay.
• People → Sales credits shows chatters' credited net sales, never anyone's rate or pay. On a week agreed with the owner, add a made-up $10.00 credit line for a chatter, check their Manual and Commission base go up by $10.00, then Void it. Sales credits
• People → Monthly sales shows one line per chatter with Gross, Net, Bonus and Status, the bonus total at the bottom, and no Close or Void button. Clicking a chatter opens their year grid. Monthly sales

3. Content requestsCopy Anchor Link

See The Requests page, Submit a content request, Approve or decline a content request and Choose who works on a request, Mark a custom sent and Saved fans.

• Operations → Requests has the tabs Needs review, All, Mine, To send and Staff requests.
• New request: the Page list shows only the creators assigned to you. (If the test account isn't linked or has no creators, check the message instead and skip the next line.)
• Send a Custom video request with the new fan username "TEST_fan" and Sent locked for 150: Request submitted., the status Submitted, and it is on Needs review and Mine. The price shows the tip, the locked price and the total.
• A Custom video tip below the model's custom video price shows a warning on the form, and Submit request still works.
• On your own request there is no Approve or decline box: someone else decides it.
• The test Chatter sends a TEST request. It is on your Needs review and All tabs.
• Decline with no note shows Say why it is declined.
• Approve one TEST request (Request approved., status Approved) and deny another with a note (Request declined., status Declined). The chatter sees both in their list.
• On a TEST request, set the test Chatter as Assignee: Assignee saved. and "Assigned to" in History. Signed in as the test Chatter, the request is in their list and opens.
• An approved TEST request for a creator assigned to you is on To send. Mark sent → Marked sent., status Sent, and Locked message says Sent, waiting for unlock.
• On a client that sells items, Items shows To pack, Shipped and Delivered. A made-up item shows only the first name and city, with no Show address button. Ship a physical item
• The fan's username on a request opens the fan's page; Save fan with new notes → Fan saved. There is no Archive (admin) box.
• There is no Update (admin) box, no Reopen box, no Undo Sent box and no button to remove a file.
• On a request someone else sent, you can download the file but not upload one.
• For a TEST request on a test creator account: the Creator test account approves it in the portal, and you see Creator approved on it.

4. Staff requests (reviewing)Copy Anchor Link

• The test Chatter sends "TEST time off" for next week. It is on Operations → Requests → Staff requests, under Open.
• Start review: You are reviewing this request. and the status In review.
• Deny with no note shows Say why it is denied.
• Approve it: Request approved. The chatter sees Approved on their My requests.
• The approved time off shows on Operations → Calendar as Time off with the chatter's name.

5. Your own staff requestsCopy Anchor Link

• Operations → My requests → New request: Time off starting today is refused with Request time off at least one day ahead.
• Send "TEST time off" for two days next week. The status is Submitted, and there is no Review box on it.
• Open the same request from Requests → Staff requests: still no Review box.
• Edit it and change the title: Request updated.
• Send an Other request ("TEST other") without details: Describe what you need. Add details and send it.
• Cancel the Other request: Request cancelled. and the status Cancelled.
• The test administrator approves your TEST Time off: the status is Approved, and Edit and Cancel request are gone.

6. CalendarCopy Anchor Link

• New event: add a Deadline called "TEST event" for next Friday, with Visible to creators unticked. Event added. It shows on that day.
• Open it, Edit the title (keep "TEST" at the start): Event updated.
• Open a TEST event the administrator added: you can Edit and Delete it too (don't touch real events).
• Delete your event: Event deleted. It is gone.
• Saving an event without a title shows Give the event a title.
• The chatter's approved time off and the open content requests show with a dashed border.
• Signed in as the chatter, there is no New event button.

Roster and My shiftsCopy Anchor Link

• The chatter sends next week on My shifts with one day Off. On Operations → Roster → Availability for that week, their row shows Off on that day, their reason, and no Late badge (if before Friday 11:59 PM New York time).
• Give feedback on their row and Save feedback: the chatter sees it on My shifts.
• On the Roster tab, add the chatter to a page for a day they can work: Added to the roster. On Coverage, that box turns green (one gap fewer).
• Add them on their day Off: their name shows in red and Coverage counts a conflict.
• Approve a time-off request from the chatter on a rostered day: the shift becomes a conflict and stays on the roster. The review page lists it under Rostered on before you approve.
• Remove the shifts you added (bin, then Remove): Removed from the roster.
• Copy last week shows Last week copied with what was added and skipped.

7. My tasksCopy Anchor Link

See My tasks, Work on a task, Give part of a task to someone, Give a creator a task and Follow what you delegated.

• The administrator gives you a "TEST task" with a due date. It shows on Assigned to me and on the calendar as Task due.
• Move it to In progress, then Blocked with a note. Each time: Status updated. and a line in History.
• Your own task has no Edit, Cancelled or Reopen button.
• Add subtask ("TEST subtask") for the test Chatter: Subtask assigned. It is on Delegated and on the chatter's My tasks with "Part of" and your task's title.
• Assign to in Add subtask lists only chatters and schedulers.
• On the delegated subtask: no Move to buttons. Edit the due date: Task updated.
• Add a comment on the subtask: Comment added. The chatter sees it in History.
• The chatter marks the subtask Done: your task card shows "1/1 subtasks done".
• Task for a creator: Assign to lists only creators. Give a "TEST task" to the Creator test account only: Task assigned., and it is on Delegated with a Creator label.
• The creator starts and finishes it in their portal: you see In progress, then Done.
• Finish your own task: Done, and Done this week goes up by 1.

8. Strikes and ClientsCopy Anchor Link

• Management → Strikes opens on the Month tab: one row per person with Strike 1, 2 and 3, Total and Current status. The arrows switch months.
• There is no Record strike button, and All strikes has no Edit or Void button.
• Export CSV downloads the month.
• On All strikes, Show voided shows voided strikes with their reason.
• Your own strikes and other managers' strikes are in the list too.
• Management → Clients lists the clients. There is no Add client button.
• A client page has no Edit or Archive button and no Notes tab.

9. KnowledgeCopy Anchor Link

• You see only the documents shared with managers.
• Clicking a document opens a page of the Manager guide (this guide).
• Search finds a document by a word in its title.
• There is no New document and no Edit button.
• Resources → Model sheet lists every active model, with prices and FAQ. There is no Edit or Add question button.
• Copy next to an FAQ answer copies the answer only.

10. Pages that should be blockedCopy Anchor Link

Type each address after the app's address (for example, add /payroll at the end). Each one should show Page not found and "This page doesn't exist or you don't have access to it."

11. Tidy upCopy Anchor Link

• The test Chatter's open TEST content requests: deny them with the note "TEST – done". Ask an administrator to deny your own and to cancel the ones already Approved.
• Your open TEST staff requests: Cancel request.
• Your TEST events: Delete.
• Your TEST task and its subtasks: mark them Done (the test Chatter marks the subtask), or ask an administrator to cancel them. The creator TEST task: the Creator test account marks it done.

12. Sign outCopy Anchor Link

• Open the menu at the bottom left and click Sign out, then confirm. You are back on the sign-in page.
• Open /my/analytics again: the sign-in page shows. After you sign in, you are back on My analytics.
