Price sheet and FAQ
Keep each model's prices and the chat FAQ up to date for the chatters.
What it's for
Resources → Model sheet is the price list the chatters quote to fans, one sheet per model (client), plus a list of questions and answers (FAQ) they can copy into the chat. You keep it up to date here; managers and chatters only read it. Every change records who made it and when.
A model can have several pages (for example a FREE and a VIP page). The model's sheet applies to all of them. When one page charges something different, you add page prices for that page: only the items that differ. That page then shows its own prices for those items and the model's prices for the rest.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- The model exists on Management → Clients, with its creator pages linked to it.
Steps
Open the Model sheet
In the menu on the left, click Resources → Model sheet. The title is Model sheet. You see a card for every active model, with its pages underneath. A model without prices says No price sheet yet.
To find something, type in Search prices and FAQ… a model's name, an item ("sexting") or a word from an answer. The results update as you type, after a short pause. Each result is labelled Price or FAQ. The All models list narrows the page to one model.
You can also open a model's sheet from its client page: on Management → Clients, open the client and click Price sheet at the top right.
Open a model
Click the model's card. The title is the model's name, with "Pages: …" underneath. You see:
- Prices: a table with Item, Price, Availability and Notes, and under the title "Updated (date and time) ET by (name)".
- FAQ: the model's own questions, then the All models questions that show under every model.
- History on the right: the last 20 changes to this model's prices and FAQ, with when and who.
Create or edit the prices
Click Create price sheet (the first time) or Edit. Each item is a box with:
- Availability: Offered, Not offered or Needs approval. A Not offered item has no price.
- Price (USD) and Max (optional): one price ("$15"), or a range ("$3–10") when you fill in Max. Tick or more (shows as “$25+”) for a starting price.
- Unit: Each (for example photos), Flat (one price) or Per session (sexting).
- Tiers by length or option (optional): click Add tier for prices by length, for example "1–3 min" $15–20 and "3+ min" $25+. Each tier has a Label, From min, To min, Price and Max. Tiers can't overlap. A tier can also be an option without a length, for example "no content included" $100 and "content included" $200.
- Notes (optional): free text shown next to the price, for example "30 min".
The arrows move an item up or down, and the bin removes it.
To add an item, pick it under Add an item: Photos, Solo videos, Sex tapes, Sexting, Dick rating (text), Dick rating (voice), Dick rating (video), Custom video, Voice notes, or Custom topless photo / fan sign. For anything else, type a name under Or a custom item and click Add custom item.
Click Save prices (or Cancel). A message says Price sheet saved.
If the sheet and the client's Features on Management → Clients disagree about custom videos, the editor says so: "The client's features list Custom video, but this sheet doesn't offer it. Update one of them so they match." (or the other way round). Change the sheet or the client so they match.
Add prices for one page (optional)
When one page of the model charges differently, pick it under Different prices on one page and click Add page prices. Add only the items that cost something different on that page, then Save prices.
The model now has tabs: All pages and one per page with its own prices. A page's tab shows the full list, with the items that differ marked This page. To change them, open the tab and click Edit page prices. Saving with no items removes the page's own prices.
Write the FAQ
Under FAQ, click Add question in the model's box (for this model only) or in the All models box (shows under every model; a change there changes it everywhere). Fill in Question and Answer (plain text, copied as is), and click Save: Question added.
Answers are plain text: line breaks are kept, but bold, links and other formatting are not, because chatters paste them into the OnlyFans chat.
Next to each question: Copy answer, Edit, arrows to change the order, and Archive (the question disappears for everyone: Question archived).
What you should see
- Prices read like the old Google Sheet: "$3–10 each", "1–3 min $15–20 · 3+ min $25+", "$25+" or Not offered.
- After saving, "Updated (now) by (your name)" under Prices, and the change at the top of History.
- A price brought over from the old Google Sheet that could not be read has a red Check label (only administrators see it), with the original text in Notes. Fix the price, click Mark checked and save.
- If something is wrong in the form: Some prices need fixing. Check the fields marked below., with the reason under each field.
- If another administrator saved the same sheet while you were editing: This price sheet changed while you were editing. Reload and try again. Reload, then make your change again.
- A model without prices shows No prices yet; a model without questions shows No FAQ yet.
Who can see what
On People → Roles, the Resources group has three permissions for this page:
- See model price sheets and FAQ: open Model sheet. Without anything else, the person only sees the models whose pages are assigned to them in Infloww. Comes with Chatter, Manager and Administrator.
- See every model's price sheet: see every model, not only their assigned ones. Comes with Manager and Administrator.
- Edit model price sheets and FAQ: change prices, page prices and the FAQ, and see the history. Comes with Administrator only.
A chatter whose account isn't linked to an Infloww employee, or who has no assigned pages, sees no models. Opening another model's address shows Page not found. Chatters never see the client's internal notes here.
Creator suggestions
Creators can open My prices in their own menu and suggest new prices for their model (see the creator guide's My prices). A suggestion changes nothing until you approve it.
- On Resources → Model sheet, a model with a suggestion waiting shows Suggestion to review on its card.
- On the model's page, a Proposed changes box sits above the prices: who suggested it and when, and a table with Item, Now and Suggested, each item marked New, Changed or Removed. It compares the suggestion with the prices as they are now.
- Approve puts the suggested prices on the model's All pages sheet: Suggestion approved. It shows in History with your name. Page prices are not touched.
- Don’t approve asks for a Note for the creator (required), then Don’t approve: Suggestion not approved. The creator sees your note.
- If the prices changed after you opened the page: This price sheet changed while you were reviewing. Reload and try again. Reload and look at the suggestion again.
A creator has at most one suggestion waiting per model; when they send another, it replaces the first.
Custom request warning
When someone fills in a Custom video request, the form compares the Tip (USD) with the model's Custom video price (for that length when the price has tiers). A yellow warning shows under the dates when:
- the tip is below the minimum: "This price is below the model's custom video minimum of $500.00 (4–7 min).",
- the model's custom videos are Not offered: "The model sheet says this model doesn't offer custom videos.",
- they are Needs approval: "The model sheet says custom videos for this model need approval.", or
- the model has no custom video price: "This model has no custom video price on the model sheet. Check the price with an admin."
The same warning shows on the request's page, above what the fan asked for, so you see it when you approve or decline the request. It is only a warning: the request can still be submitted, and you decide whether to approve it.
Test checklist
Good to know
You are testing on real data
The test app shares its data with the live app. A price you change is what the chatters see at once. Test on a made-up model, or change a real price back right after.
Prices and FAQ answers used to live in Knowledge documents. Keep them here now, so chatters find them by model.
