Campaigns
The campaign, trial and tracking links Infloww holds, with what each one brought in.
What it's for
Insights → Campaigns lists the links the agency uses to bring fans to a creator: campaign links, trial links and tracking links. It tells you which link actually brought paying fans, so you can stop paying for the ones that don't. It is a reading page only — nothing can be changed here.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- Infloww has been read at least once. The links are refreshed once a night.
Steps
Open the page
In the menu on the left, click Insights → Campaigns. The title is Campaigns and under it "Campaign, trial and tracking links from Infloww."
Read the four cards
Links (how many links there are), Gross earnings, Net earnings and Paying fans.
Search and page through the list
The box Search… at the top searches every column: a creator's name, a link name, a type. The list shows 25 rows at a time, with a line such as "120 links · page 1 of 5" and arrow buttons for the previous and the next page. Your search and your page stay in the page address.
How to read the table
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Link | The name the link was given in Infloww |
| Type | campaign, trial or tracking |
| Creator | Which creator the link points to |
| Subscribers | How many people subscribed through the link |
| Paying fans | How many of them actually paid. This is the number that matters |
| Net earnings | What the agency's creator earned through this link, after platform fees |
| Created | When the link was made |
A link with many Subscribers and no Paying fans brought traffic but no money. A link with few subscribers and high Net earnings is a good link.
What you should see
- At most the 1,000 newest links.
- With nothing loaded: No links yet and "They appear after the next Infloww sync."
- When a search matches nothing: Nothing matches and "Try another search."
Test checklist
Good to know
These numbers are lifetime totals for each link, not totals for a period, and they come straight from Infloww as Infloww reports them (the app doesn't check or correct them). That is why this page has no period buttons. The same is true of the Campaigns report under Reports.
The badge top right shows how old the data is. Links are only refreshed once a night, so "Updated 8 h ago" is normal here and nothing to worry about.
Known issue
The search looks only at the rows the page has loaded (the newest 1,000 links). A very old link may not be findable.
