Reports
Ten ready-made reports on employees, creators, money and marketing, with CSV and PDF downloads.
What it's for
Analytics → Reports holds ten ready-made reports. Each one is a page with number cards, a chart, a few written insights and a table — and each one can be downloaded as a spreadsheet file (CSV) or as a PDF to send to someone.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- For Team coverage and Employee performance to show anything, employees must be linked to Infloww. See Infloww and Hubstaff links.
- Employee pay needs approved or paid payroll instead.
Steps
Open the list of reports
In the menu on the left, click Analytics → Reports. The title is Reports and under it "Employee, creator, financial and marketing reports. Export any of them as CSV or PDF."
The reports are grouped under four headings: Employees, Creators, Financial and Marketing.
Open a report
Click its card. The page title is the report's name and the line under it says what it covers and for how long, for example "Agency performance · last 30 days".
Set the period and the filters
The period buttons (Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days) are under the title. Two reports add a picker: Creator forensics has a Creator picker, Employee performance has an Employee picker. Three reports add the checkbox Include test data (see below).
Download it
Top right there are two buttons, CSV and PDF. Both download exactly what the page is showing: the same period, the same picker and the same test-data choice.
The ten reports
| Group | Report | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Employees | Employee performance | One employee's sales, chats and assigned creators, plus a commission estimate |
| Employees | Team coverage | Every active employee's sales and chat activity, side by side |
| Employees | Employee pay | Hours, posts, commission and pay from approved and paid payroll |
| Creators | Agency executive report | Revenue, refunds and the agency's commission, creator by creator |
| Creators | Creator performance | Creators compared on revenue, refunds and fans |
| Creators | Creator forensics | One creator in depth, with the chatters assigned to the account |
| Creators | Risk and refunds | How much refund exposure each creator carries |
| Financial | Finance report | Revenue, expenses, payroll and margin for the period, as a money flow |
| Marketing | Campaigns | Tracking and trial links, with conversions and earnings |
| Marketing | Messaging | Automated and priority mass messages, with purchases and revenue |
A few details worth knowing before you test:
- Agency executive report ends with an Agency commission column: each creator's net revenue × that creator's agency rate.
- Creator forensics starts on the creator with the most revenue and only offers creators that have numbers for the chosen period.
- Finance report is a list of money movements: the agency's share, then one negative row per expense category, then "Payroll cost (real staff)" as a negative row, and finally the margin.
- Employee performance shows a Commission estimate — attributed sales × that person's current commission rate. It is an estimate: refunds are not taken off and it is not payroll.
- Employee pay counts the approved and paid payments of staff, on payroll weeks from the Monday of the week the period starts in (so "7 days" usually covers two payroll weeks). A week that is still open already counts its approved payments. See Payroll.
- Campaigns and Messaging show lifetime totals as the platform reports them, not a period.
Include test data
Team coverage, Employee performance and Employee pay have a checkbox Include test data. Test people (the ones created for trying the app out) are normally left out of these three reports, so with few real employees in the app they can look empty. Tick the box and they are counted. On Team coverage and Employee pay the line under the title then ends with " · test data included" (Employee performance doesn't add it). Ticking or unticking it also resets the Employee picker.
What you should see
- Number cards at the top, then a card Chart and a card Insights with one or two sentences, then the table.
- A report with nothing to show says Nothing to report yet with the reason, for example "Select a creator with synchronized data.", "No active real employees yet. Include test data or run the Infloww sync." or "No active employees."
- A chart with nothing in it says "Nothing to chart."; a table with no rows says "No rows."
- The CSV file contains only the table, not the cards or the insights. Money columns are named like "Net revenue (USD)" and hold plain numbers such as 1234.50; percentage columns are named like "Refund rate (%)".
- The PDF contains the title, the cards, the Insights, a Details table and a footer such as "Heights Analytics · generated 10/22/2026, 3:05:12 PM ET · page 1 of 2". Wide tables come out sideways.
- Both files are named after the report, the period and today's date, for example
agency-30d-2026-10-22.csv.
Test checklist
Good to know
Reports do not carry the "Updated … ago" badge the other analytics pages have, and opening a report never triggers a fresh read from Infloww. If you need the newest numbers, open Overview first, wait a minute, then come back.
Known issues
- Campaigns and Messaging show the period buttons, but ignore them: their numbers are lifetime totals.
- In the Finance report spreadsheet, negative amounts (expenses, payroll, a negative margin)
arrive with an apostrophe in front, like
'-45.00, so a spreadsheet treats them as text. Retype them if you need to calculate with them. - The Finance report table names expense categories in lower case internal words ("software", "contractor") instead of the labels used elsewhere (Software, Contractors).
