Messaging
The automated and priority mass messages Infloww holds, with purchases and revenue.
What it's for
Insights → Messaging lists the mass messages sent to fans: the automatic ones and the priority ones. It shows how often each was sent, how many fans bought something from it and how much money it brought in, so you can see which messages work. It is a reading page only.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- Infloww has been read at least once. The messages are refreshed once a night.
Steps
Open the page
In the menu on the left, click Insights → Messaging. The title is Messaging and under it "Automated and priority mass messages from Infloww."
Read the four cards
Message automations (how many message records there are), Times sent, Purchases and Revenue.
Search and page through the list
The box Search… searches every column, including the employee's name and the status. The list shows 25 rows at a time with arrow buttons for the previous and the next page, and a line such as "80 messages · page 1 of 4".
How to read the table
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Type | Automated (sent by a rule) or Priority mass message (sent on purpose, to many fans) |
| Status | The state Infloww reports for that message |
| Employee | The person Infloww credits with it |
| Times sent | How many times it went out |
| Purchases | How many fans bought something from it |
| Revenue | What those purchases brought in |
A message with many Times sent and no Purchases is wearing the fans out for nothing. Compare Revenue divided by Times sent between messages to see which one earns most per send.
What you should see
- At most the 500 newest message records.
- With nothing loaded: No messages yet and "They appear after the next Infloww sync."
- When a search matches nothing: Nothing matches and "Try another search."

Good to know
Known issue
The card is called Message automations, but it counts every row on the page, including the priority mass messages. Read it as "message records", not "automations only".
The search covers only the newest 500 records the page holds.
