Notifications
When creator accounts were connected to or disconnected from Infloww, and by whom.
What it's for
Insights → Notifications is the history of creator accounts being connected to and disconnected from Infloww. When a creator's numbers suddenly stop growing, this page usually explains why: the account dropped out of Infloww on a certain day. It is a reading page only.
These are not the app's own notifications or messages to staff. The app has no notification bell; the emails it sends are listed in Email settings.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- Infloww has been read at least once. This history is refreshed once a night.
Steps
Open the page
In the menu on the left, click Insights → Notifications. The title is Notifications and under it "Creator account connections and disconnections reported by Infloww."
Read the four cards
Status events (how many changes there are), Connections, Disconnections (amber when there is at least one) and Creators monitored.
Search and page through the list
The box Search… searches every column. The list shows 25 rows at a time with arrow buttons for the previous and the next page.
How to read the table

A row from connected to disconnected is the one to act on: that creator's numbers stop updating until the account is connected again. The grey badge on Creators tells you which accounts are in that state right now.
What you should see
- At most the 500 newest changes, newest first.
- With nothing loaded: No events yet and "They appear after the next Infloww sync."
- When a search matches nothing: Nothing matches and "Try another search."
Test checklist
Good to know
Reconnecting an account is done in Infloww, not here. After the next nightly read, the app shows the account as connected again and its numbers start moving.
Creators monitored counts every creator that appears in this history, including accounts the app doesn't keep (they show by their Infloww number instead of a name). It can therefore be higher than the number of creators on Analytics → Creators.
The badge top right will often say "Updated 8 h ago" or more, because this history is only refreshed once a night. That is normal.
