Applications
Everyone who applied through the form on the agency website.
What it's for
Management → Applications lists the people who filled in the application form on the agency's website ("Ready to Reach New Heights?"). Each application has the person's name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle and the monthly revenue they chose. Nobody can change or delete an application here: the page is for reading and getting in touch.
Only Administrators see this page as the roles come. An administrator can give other roles See applications on People → Roles.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator (your role needs See applications).
- To see a row, someone has to send the form on the website first. To test, open the website, scroll to the form and send it with made-up details such as "Jane Example".
Steps
Open the page
In the menu on the left, click Management → Applications. The title is Applications and under it "People who applied through the form on the website, newest first."
Read the applications
The table shows the newest application first. The columns are Received (date and time, New York time), Name, Email, Phone, Instagram and Monthly revenue (the band they picked, for example $10,000 - $25,000).
Get in touch
Click an email address to write to them, or a phone number to call from a phone. Click the Instagram handle (with the Instagram logo in front of it) to open their profile in a new tab.
Older applications
The page shows 50 applications at a time. Under the table you see how many there are in total and, when there is more than one page, Page 1 of 2. Use Older and Newer to move between pages.
What you should see
- With no applications yet: No applications yet and "Applications sent from the form on the website show up here."
- A new application appears at the top as soon as the form shows "Thank you! Your submission has been received!" on the website. Refresh the page to see it.
- The Instagram column always starts with @, even if the person typed the handle without it.

Good to know
Applications are real people's contact details. Only give See applications to roles that need to follow up with new creators.
