Clients
The directory of clients: who schedules for them, what they sell, and their notes.
What it's for
Management → Clients is the agency's client directory. A client is the business relationship: who schedules for them, which creator accounts belong to them, what they sell (physical items, video calls, custom videos) and anything the agency needs to remember about them. Managers can read the directory; only an Administrator can add, change or archive a client, and only an Administrator sees the internal notes.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator (your role needs Edit clients to change anything).
- To attach a scheduler, that person must exist and be active. To link creator accounts, those accounts must already be in the app.
Steps
Open the directory
In the menu on the left, click Management → Clients. The title is Clients and under it "Every client, who schedules for them, and what they sell."
Four cards: Clients (with "Not archived" or "Archived" underneath), Active, Without a scheduler (coloured when there is at least one) and Sell items. The cards count only the clients the filters below are showing.
Find a client
The filters all stay in the page address:
- Search clients… — searches the name and the description. Press Enter or click outside the box.
- A status menu: All statuses, Prospect, Active, Paused, Churned.
- A scheduler menu: All schedulers, Unassigned, then each scheduler by name.
- A checkbox Archived, which shows the archived clients instead of the current ones.
Add a client
Click Add client. A panel called Add client opens on the right of the page:
- Name — required, 2 to 120 characters, and it must not already be taken.
- Status — Active to start with.
- Scheduler — Unassigned, or one of the people who do scheduling.
- Features — tick Sells items, Video calls or Custom videos.
- Infloww creators — tick the creator accounts that belong to this client.
- About — up to 5,000 characters. Anyone who can see clients reads this.
- Internal notes — up to 5,000 characters. Administrators only.
Click Add client.
Change a client
Open the client (next step) and click Edit. A panel called Edit client opens on the right with the same fields, already filled in. Change what you need and click Save changes.
Open a client
Click the name in the table. The page shows the status badge, an Archived badge when it applies, and "Scheduler: …". Administrators get the buttons Edit and Archive (or Restore), a Payouts button at the top right that opens the client's weekly payouts, one tab per page (see Client payouts), and an Invoices button for the client's invoices (see Client invoices). A Price sheet button opens the model's prices and chat FAQ (see Price sheet and FAQ). Each page's Page type (FREE, PPV, No-PPV, VIP) is set on its tab there.
The tabs are:
- Overview — an About card with the features and the description.
- Creators — the creator accounts linked to this client, each with the OnlyFans logo.
- Content requests — the custom content requests of those creators: Request, Creator, Due, Price, Status.
- Items — only when the client has Sells items. The shipping queue, in three tabs: To pack, Shipped and Delivered (see Ship a physical item).
- Notes — the internal notes. Administrators only.
Under the tabs, administrators see a Billing details card (next step).
Fill in the billing details
The Billing details card shows who the client's invoices are addressed to (Billed to) and its Payment methods. Click Edit billing. A panel opens on the right:
- Billing name — the person or company the invoice is addressed to, up to 200 characters. An invoice can't be issued without it.
- Billing email — optional; must be a valid email.
- Billing address — optional, up to 1,000 characters. Line breaks are kept.
- Payment methods for this client — optional. Leave it empty to use the agency's text from Settings → Billing.
Click Save billing details. The details are copied onto an invoice when it is issued, so a change here never alters an invoice already sent.
Archive a client that has gone
Open the client and click Archive. It happens at once: there is no "are you sure?" question. The client leaves the main list and can be found again with the Archived checkbox. To bring it back, open it from that list and click Restore. Nothing is deleted.
What you should see
- After adding: a message at the bottom of the screen, Client added., and the client in the table. After an edit: Client updated. After saving billing details: Billing details saved. After archiving: Client archived., and after restoring: Client restored.
- The table columns are Client (with the description underneath), Status, Scheduler, Features (badges Sells items, Video calls, Custom videos) and Creators (how many accounts are linked).
- A client with no scheduler shows Unassigned and is counted in Without a scheduler.
- Empty cards and tabs say so plainly: No clients match with "Add a client or change the filters.", "No extra features", "No description yet.", "No Infloww creators linked.", "No custom content requests for these creators.", "Nothing to pack" (and the matching message on the other Items tabs) and "No internal notes."
Test checklist
Good to know
You are testing on real data
The test app shares its data with the live app, so a client you add is real at once, and a client can't be deleted, only archived. Name test clients "TEST client (Jane Example)", don't change real clients, and archive your test client when you're done.
The Content requests tab is a read-only view of the requests belonging to the linked creators. Work on a request itself happens on Requests.
