Follow your content requests
See the content requests you sent, what each status means, and what you can and can't change.
What it's for
After you send a content request, you follow it here. You see if it was accepted or declined, if the content is ready, and if the fan paid.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Chatter.
- You sent at least one content request (Submit a content request).
Steps
Open your list
In the menu on the left, click Operations → Requests. The Mine tab opens first: the requests you sent, newest first. The To send tab lists the approved requests waiting to be sent for the creators you chat for (Mark a custom sent).
The columns are Request (for example "Custom video for Rob (demo_rob_t)", with the duration and the notes for the creator under it), Creator, Due, Price and Status. Price is the tip, or for a locked message "$900.00 tip + $150.00 locked = $1,050.00".
Filter by status (optional)
Click the list above the table (it shows All statuses). Pick a status, for example Approved. Only requests with that status show. Pick All statuses to see all again.
Open a request
Click the request name in the Request column. The request page opens. It shows:
- the type, the fan and the status, and a red Overdue label if it is late,
- the creator, who sent it and when, and Mark sent when it can be sent,
- Price, Tip paid, Locked message (if it has a locked price), Due, Date tipped, Duration, Notes for the creator, Assignee (the team member working on it, or Unassigned) and Sent (when and by whom, once sent),
- Fan: the username links to the saved fan (Saved fans), with Open on OnlyFans if there is a link,
- the details: what the fan asked for,
- the creator's decision, if the creator has a login in the app,
- Reference files: the files, if there are any,
- History on the right: every change, with who did it and when.
Add files (optional)
In the Reference files box, choose one or more files ("Add files (… more allowed)") and click Upload. Only PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF, up to 4 MB each, and up to 5 files per request.
You can do this until the request is Sent, Declined or Cancelled.
What each status means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Submitted | You sent it. It waits for a decision. |
| Approved | It was accepted. The creator will make it. |
| In progress | The content is being made. |
| Ready | The content is ready for the fan. |
| Sent | It was sent to the fan. This is final (an administrator can undo it). |
| Declined | It was not accepted. This is final. Look in History for the reason. |
| Cancelled | It was stopped. This is final. |
Who decides:
- A manager or an administrator accepts or declines a Submitted request.
- If the creator has their own login in the app, the creator can also approve or decline it. The first one to decide wins.
- You (or another chatter or manager who works on that creator) mark it Sent once it is sent to the fan (Mark a custom sent).
- An administrator moves it to In progress and Ready, undoes Sent, or cancels it.
Under the status in your list you may also see:
- Waiting for creator: the creator has not decided yet.
- Creator approved or Creator declined: the creator decided.
Tip paid shows the payment of the tip: Unpaid, Partially paid, Paid or Refunded. A locked message has its own line, Locked message: Not sent yet, Sent, waiting for unlock or Unlocked.
Overdue (red) means the due date has passed and the request is not Sent, Declined or Cancelled yet.
What you should see
- On Mine: only the requests you sent, and the ones a manager made you the Assignee of.
- On To send: the approved requests of the creators you chat for, also those other chatters sent.
- No Approve or decline box, no Assignee box and no Update (admin) box on the request page.
- When someone accepts your request, the status becomes Approved. History shows "Accepted." (or "Accepted:" with a note).
- When someone declines it, the status becomes Declined. History shows "Declined:" and the reason.
- When the creator decides, History shows "Creator approved" or "Creator declined:" and the reason.
If you have not sent any requests yet: You have not submitted any requests and "Custom videos, video calls and physical items sold to fans appear here."
Test checklist
Good to know
You can't cancel your own request, and you can't change it after you send it (only mark it Sent). If something is wrong, ask a manager or an administrator.
Who sees the file
As the Reference files box says, the files are visible to you, the request reviewers and the creator of that account, in their own portal.
