Calendar
Read the agency calendar, and find the dates that come from your own tasks, time off and requests.
What it's for
The Calendar shows the agency's dates in one place: deadlines, content drops, payouts, time off and meetings. It also shows dates from your own work: your tasks, your approved time off and your content requests.
As a Chatter, you can read the calendar. You can't add, change or delete anything on it.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Chatter.
- To see agency dates, an administrator, a manager or a scheduler has added some events.
Steps
Open the calendar
In the menu on the left, click Operations → Calendar. The title is Calendar. Under it: "Deadlines, content drops, payouts, time off and meetings in one place."
You see this month, for example "October 2026", and "Times in ET" (New York time). Each week starts on Monday.
Move between months
Use the arrow buttons to go to the previous or the next month. Click Today to come back to this month.
Read a day
Each day shows up to 3 items. If there are more, you see "+2 more" (or another number). Click a day to see everything on that day in the list on the right. Its title is the day, for example "Wednesday, October 22". Click Show upcoming to go back.
Read the Upcoming list
On the right, Upcoming lists the next 30 days, day by day. Today says "· Today".
Open an item
Click an item. A panel opens on the right of the page with the title, the date and time (for example "Wednesday, October 22 · All day"), the type, the creator account (if there is one) and the description.
Show one type only (optional)
Click the list that shows All types. Under Events, pick Deadline, Content drop, Payout, Leave, Meeting or Other: only agency events of that type stay. Under From your work, pick one of your read-only dates (the dashed ones), such as Task due. Pick All types to see everything again.
The dates from your own work
Some items have a dashed border and a small icon. They are read-only dates from another page. The key under the calendar calls them "Read-only date from another page". They come from your own work:
| Label | What it is | Button in the panel |
|---|---|---|
| Task due | One of your open tasks (To do, In progress or Blocked) with a due date. | Open the task. It opens that task on your My tasks page. |
| Time off | Your own Time off request, once it is Approved. It shows as "your name: the title". | Open the request |
| Content request | A content request you sent, or one you are the assignee of, on its due date. Only open ones (Submitted, Approved, In progress, Ready). A video call shows at its call time (ET). | Open the content request (only for requests you sent) |
The panel for these says "Read-only. Edit it on its own page." To change them, go to the page they come from.
What you should see
- Agency events made by the team, with a coloured dot for each type. The key under the calendar shows the six types: Deadline, Content drop, Payout, Leave, Meeting, Other.
- Your own task due dates, approved time off and open content requests, with a dashed border.
- No New event button.
- No Edit or Delete button in the panel.
- If nothing is planned: "Nothing in the next 30 days". If you click an empty day: "Nothing on this day".
