Knowledge
Find and read the SOPs, training and policies shared with your role.
What it's for
Knowledge is the agency's library: the written instructions for your work. Administrators write them and choose which roles may read each one. You read them — you cannot write or change anything here.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Social Media VA.
- An administrator has published at least one document for your role. Until then the page says No documents yet and Documents shared with your role appear here.
Steps
Open the library
In the menu, click Resources → Knowledge. The page is titled Knowledge, with the line SOPs, training and policies for your role. Each document is a card with its title, a short summary, a kind and a category.
Search
Type a word in the box that says Search titles, categories and text… and press Enter, or click outside the box. The search looks inside the documents too, not only at the titles.
Narrow by kind
The filter next to the search starts on All types. The kinds are SOP, Training, Policy and Other.
Read a document
Click a card. It opens the matching page of your own guide (the same pages as Help & guides in the menu at the bottom left), so you always read the steps for your role.
What you should see
- Only documents an administrator published and shared with your role. Anything else does not show up, and its address gives Page not found.
- A search that matches nothing: No documents match.
- No New document button, no Archived box and no Edit, Publish or Archive buttons. Those belong to administrators.
Test checklist
Good to know
Administrators choose the roles for each document when they publish it. If you cannot find something you were told about, ask an administrator to share it with the Social Media VA role.
Documents can change. When an administrator saves a change, you see it the next time you open the document. Check back before you follow an old instruction from memory.
