Test plan
One run through everything a Social Media VA can do, and everything they must not reach.
What it's for
This is the whole role in one pass, in the order a tester should follow it. Each step links to the page that explains it. Tick the boxes as you go — nothing is saved, they are only for you.
Before you start
- Sign in with the test account for this role. The owner shares these privately.
- An administrator should prepare, before you begin:
- at least two accounts assigned to you, one of them with a Daily target (posts);
- your login linked to your employee profile, and a per-post rate on that profile (otherwise your earnings stay at $0.00 and your posts don't count in payroll);
- one published knowledge document shared with the Social Media VA role.
- The administrator should stay reachable during the run: they resolve the account problem you report and decide the request you send.
- The test app never sends email, so never wait for a message in your inbox. Check the screen.

Good to know
Known issue
These are already known, so you don't need to report them again:
- An urgent account problem is not sent to anyone. It waits on the administrators' board.
- Nobody can read your end-of-shift notes in the app.
- Nobody can correct a closed day.
Each is explained on its own page.
