Creators
The list of every creator the agency manages, and one creator's own page.
What it's for
Analytics → Creators lists every creator the agency manages, with the money each one brings in. Open a creator to see that creator in depth: sales, fans, messages, the chatters assigned to the account in Infloww and the custom content sold recently.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- Infloww has been read at least once, otherwise the money columns are all $0.
Steps
Open the list
In the menu on the left, click Analytics → Creators. The title is Creators and under it "Every creator the agency manages. Open one to see more."
Narrow the list
On the left there are three controls:
- A search box, Search name or handle…. Type and press Enter, or click outside the box.
- A status menu: All statuses, Active, Watch, Not connected in Infloww.
- A sort menu: Highest net revenue (used when you arrive), Biggest growth, Highest refund rate, Name A–Z.
On the right are the period buttons Today, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days, which decide what the money columns count. All of these stay in the page address.
Read the table
The columns are Creator (the OnlyFans logo, then the name, with the handle and the platform underneath), Status, Manager, Net revenue, Refund rate, Agency rate and Change.
Next to the green Active or amber Watch badge there can be a grey badge from Infloww: Disconnected in Infloww, Not connected in Infloww, Needs 2FA in Infloww or Deleted in Infloww. A creator with no manager shows Unassigned.
Open one creator
Click a creator's name. The period you picked comes with you.
Read the creator's page
The title is the creator's name, with the OnlyFans logo before it, and under it "@handle · OnlyFans · managed by …". Top right: the status badge, any Infloww badge, and the freshness badge.
Then eight number cards (Net revenue, Agency share, Gross revenue, Refund rate, Transactions, Average net sale, Fans, Messages sent), a block called Retention and reach (Profile visitors, Fans with renew on, Avg. subscription, Renewals), a Revenue trend chart, a card Chatters on this creator, a card Portal access and a card Recent custom content.
What the numbers mean
- Agency share has the small line "At 20%" — that creator's own rate. Change it on Agency rates.
- Net revenue has a small line like "+12.5% vs previous window" or "-3% vs previous window" whenever the creator's net revenue changed, up or down. The line is hidden when the change is 0%.
- Fans counts active fans; the small line says how many are new.
- Profile visitors says "4.2% became new fans", or "Counted on completed days" when today is not finished yet.
- Fans with renew on can show "—" with "Not reported (free page)": Infloww does not report it for a free page.
- Chatters on this creator lists the Infloww employees assigned to the account, with their Infloww status. Names link to the employee profile when the person has one in the app. The assignments are re-read once a night.
- Portal access shows the Client the account belongs to (click it to open the client) and the Creator login that sees it in the creator portal, with Off when that login is switched off. Manage in Access opens Access to change it. If an account belongs to a client but no login sees it, the creator doesn't see that account yet.
- Recent custom content shows the last 10 requests sold for this creator, each with its price and status, for example "$50.00 · Approved". Clicking a line opens the content request.
What you should see
- Every creator is in the list, including creators with no sales at all (they show $0).
- A search that matches nobody gives No creators match with "Change the search or the status filter."
- A creator with no numbers for the chosen period shows No numbers for this window yet with "They appear after the next Infloww sync."
- Chatters on this creator with nobody assigned says "Nobody is assigned in Infloww."
- Portal access says "No client is linked to this account." or "No creator login sees this account." when there is none.
- Recent custom content with nothing sold says "No custom content requests yet."
Test checklist
Good to know
You cannot edit a creator yet
There is no Edit button on a creator's page. The app has no screen for changing a creator's Status (Active or Watch) or its Manager — those values come from the data that was loaded. The only creator setting you can change in the app is the agency rate, on Agency rates. Linking a creator's accounts to a creator login is done on Creator logins.
"managed by Unassigned" in the line under a creator's name simply means no manager has been recorded for that creator.
Transactions on a creator's page is counted from the individual sales, while the creator's own Sales number in their portal comes from the totals Infloww reports. The two can differ by a sale or two. That is expected, not a mistake.
