My calendar
A read-only month view of the dates that matter for your accounts.
What it's for
My calendar puts your important dates in one place: events the agency adds for your accounts (such as content drops, deadlines or meetings), agency dates shared with every creator (such as payout days), and the due dates of your open tasks and content requests. You can look, but not change anything.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Creator, with at least one account linked.
- For something to show, the agency has added an event for one of your accounts or for all creators, or you have an open task or request with a due date.
Steps
Open My calendar
In the menu on the left, click Operations → My calendar. The current month opens, with "Times in ET" (New York time) next to its name.
Move between months
Use the arrow buttons (Previous month, Next month) to go back or forward, and Today to come back to the current month.
Read the month
Weeks run Monday to Sunday. Each day shows up to 3 items, then "+2 more" (or similar) when there are more. Today's date is highlighted. The legend under the month explains the colours:
- agency events, by type: Deadline, Content drop, Payout, Leave, Meeting, Other;
- Read-only date from another page (a dashed outline): the due date of one of your tasks (Task due) or of one of your open content requests (Content request).
See what's coming up
The Upcoming list (next to the month on a wide screen, below it on smaller ones) shows the next 30 days, day by day, with "· Today" next to today. Click a day in the month to list only that day (its name becomes the heading, for example "Wednesday, October 22"); click Show upcoming to go back.
Open an item
Click an item to open its details in a panel on the right of the page: the title, the date (and time, or "All day"), its type, the account it's about ("Account:" and the name), and the description.
For a task or a request date, the panel says "Read-only. Edit it on its own page." and has a button to go there: Open the task (opens that task on My tasks) or Open the content request (opens that request).
Filter by type (optional)
Use the All types drop-down to show one type of agency event only, for example Content drop, or under From your work only your Task due or Content request dates. Choose All types again to see everything.
What you should see
- The title My calendar and the line "Dates for your accounts, plus agency deadlines and payouts shared with you."
- Events about your own accounts, and agency-wide events the agency shared with all creators (these show a Visible to creators badge in their details).
- The due dates of your open tasks and of your accounts' open content requests (not the finished ones).
- No New event button, and no Edit or Delete buttons.
- With nothing in the next 30 days: Nothing in the next 30 days — "Dates the agency shares with you appear here." A picked day with nothing on it: Nothing on this day.

Good to know
Something missing or wrong on your calendar? The agency adds and changes the events; ask them.
For testers
To add events, sign in as an Administrator or Manager in another browser, open Operations → Calendar → New event, and either pick one of the creator's accounts in Creator account or tick Visible to creators.
