My earnings
What your accounts earned, the agency's share and your part, with a worked example.
What it's for
My earnings shows, for a period you pick, what fans paid on your accounts, what the platform kept, the agency's share, and what's left for you. It's a statement of what your accounts earned: it doesn't send money and it doesn't track payouts.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Creator, with at least one account linked.
- Your accounts' numbers have been picked up from the platform at least once (the agency's app does this on its own: today's numbers about every 15 minutes, the longer periods about every hour; the screen calls this a "sync").
Steps
Open My earnings
In the menu on the left, click Analytics → My earnings.
Pick a period
Click Today, 7 days, 30 days (the default) or 90 days. Periods follow New York time: Today starts at midnight New York time, and the others cover the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Pick an account (if you have more than one)
Use the drop-down next to the periods: All accounts adds them up, or pick one account by name.
Check how recent the numbers are
On the right, a badge says how old the numbers are, for example Updated 12 min ago (point at it to see the exact time). Green means recent, amber means a few hours old, red means old. Not synced yet means no numbers have arrived for this period yet.
Read the four cards
- Gross sales: "What fans paid", with the number of sales.
- Refunds: money paid back to fans, as a share of gross sales.
- Agency share: the agency's part, as a percentage of net earnings.
- Your earnings: "Net earnings minus the agency share".
Read How it adds up
The How it adds up card shows the sum line by line, for the account (or All accounts) and the period you picked:
Gross sales − Platform fees = Net earnings − Agency share = Your earnings.
Under it, a separate box shows Refunds in this window — "Shown for information. They are not part of the calculation above."
Compare accounts (if you have more than one)
With All accounts picked, the By account table shows each account's Net earnings, Agency rate, Agency share and Your earnings, with the totals on the last row (All accounts). "Each account's agency rate applies to its own net earnings."
Read your weekly payouts
At the bottom of the page, the Weekly payouts table lists each Sunday's payout your agency has recorded for your accounts, newest first:
- Payout date: the Sunday the platform paid out.
- Account: only when you have more than one account.
- Payout net: what the platform paid out that week.
- Deductions: amounts taken off before the agency fee, such as referral income. You keep them.
- Agency rate and Agency fee: the rate in force that week, and the fee on the payout net minus the deductions.
- Your share: payout net minus the agency fee.
The last line, Total, adds up every week. The week's choice of period and account above doesn't change this table.
A worked example
One account, 30 days. Fans paid $1,000.00 in 42 sales; the platform kept $200.00; $25.00 was refunded; the agency's rate for this account is 20%.
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Gross sales | $1,000.00 |
| Platform fees | -$200.00 |
| Net earnings | $800.00 |
| Agency share (20%) | -$160.00 (20% of $800.00) |
| Your earnings | $640.00 |
| Refunds in this window (not subtracted) | $25.00 |
The cards then read: Gross sales $1,000.00 ("What fans paid, 42 sales"), Refunds $25.00 ("2.5% of gross sales"), Agency share $160.00 ("20% of net earnings") and Your earnings $640.00.
Two accounts. Account A has $800.00 net at 20%: agency share $160.00, yours $640.00. Account B has $400.00 net at 30%: agency share $120.00, yours $280.00. All accounts: net $1,200.00, agency share $280.00, your earnings $920.00. The agency rate on the totals row is 23.33% ($280 out of $1,200), not the average of 20% and 30%.
A weekly payout. Payout net $1,165.41, a $50.00 referral deduction, agency rate 25%: the fee is 25% of $1,115.41 = $278.85, and Your share is $1,165.41 − $278.85 = $886.56.
What you should see
-
The title My earnings and the line "What your accounts earned, your agency's share and your part, from the latest sync with the platform."
-
Only your own accounts.
-
Always at the bottom, the Payouts box: "Your agency sends your payouts through Wise. This page shows what your accounts earned; it doesn't send or track payments. Questions about a payout? Ask your agency." (Wise is the online money-transfer service the agency uses to pay you.)
-
The Weekly payouts table, with only your own accounts' weeks.
When there's nothing to show
- No weekly payouts recorded yet — "Your agency adds each week's payout after it lands. Check back next week."
- No numbers synced yet — "Your earnings appear after the next sync with the platform. Check back in a few hours."
- No sales today (or No sales in the last 7 days, …) — "Pick a longer window to see earlier earnings."
- No linked account: No creator accounts yet. Ask the agency to link your account.
Test checklist
Good to know
If your agency has switched on monthly statements, you also get an email on the 1st of each month with what your accounts earned in the last 30 days: earned, platform fees, net, agency share and yours. This page always has the latest numbers.
Your agency rate
The agency rate is agreed between you and the agency; a new account starts at 20%. Only the agency can change it. Questions about the rate or a payout? Ask the agency.
This page never shows a "balance owed" or whether the agency's fee for a week has been paid. The numbers come from the platform the agency uses to run your accounts and are picked up regularly; the page doesn't change while you look at it, so reload it to see newer numbers.
