Your numbers
Your accounts' sales, fans and messages for the period you pick.
What it's for
My analytics shows how your accounts are doing: what fans paid, how many sales and new fans you got, and how many messages went out, for today or the last 7, 30 or 90 days. It's built to show your progress (see Wins and growth).
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Creator, with at least one account linked.
- Your accounts' numbers have been picked up from the platform at least once (the agency's app does this on its own, every hour or so, and today's numbers about every 15 minutes; the screen calls this a "sync").
Steps
Open My analytics
You land here right after signing in. From anywhere else, click Analytics → My analytics in the menu on the left.
If a content request or a task is waiting for you, a note at the top of the page says so, with a link to it (the same notes as on My accounts).
Pick a period
Click Today, 7 days, 30 days (the default) or 90 days. Periods follow New York time.
Pick an account (if you have more than one)
A second row of buttons appears: All accounts (2) (or (3)) adds your accounts up, and each account has its own button with the OnlyFans logo and its handle, for example "@janeexample".
Check how recent the numbers are
On the right, a badge such as Updated 12 min ago (point at it for the exact time). Green means recent, amber a few hours old, red old. With all accounts, it shows the oldest of them.
Read the cards
A heading names what you're looking at, for example "@janeexample, in the last 30 days" or "All accounts (2), today". Under it, your wins (if any), then nine cards:
| Card | What it means (as the card says) |
|---|---|
| Net earnings | "What fans paid, minus platform fees" |
| Gross sales | "What fans paid" |
| Refunds | Money paid back to fans, as a share of gross sales ("No sales in this window" when there were none) |
| Sales | "Purchases, tips and subscriptions" (how many) |
| Average sale | "Net earnings per sale" |
| Messages sent | "Chat messages sent to fans" |
| Fans | "Active fans on the busiest day" (with several accounts: "Each account's busiest day, added up") |
| New fans | "New subscribers in this window" |
| Conversion | "New fans as a share of fans" |
A dash (—) means there's nothing to divide by yet, for example no sales for Average sale.
Look at your earnings day by day
The Net earnings per day card shows a chart of each day in the period (New York time). Click Show the numbers by day to see the same as a table (Day, Net earnings).
Compare your accounts (if you have more than one)
With All accounts picked, the By account table lists each account's Net earnings, Sales, Fans and New fans, with the total on the last row. "Each account in this window. The last row adds them up." An account with no numbers yet says "Not synced yet".
A worked example
Two accounts, 30 days. Account A: gross $1,000.00, net $800.00, 40 sales. Account B: gross $500.00, net $400.00, 10 sales. With All accounts (2):
- Net earnings $1,200.00, Gross sales $1,500.00, Sales 50;
- Average sale $24.00 ($1,200.00 ÷ 50 sales), worked out from the totals, not by averaging the two accounts.
Conversion: 30 new fans with 600 fans gives 5%.
What you should see
- The title My analytics and the line "Sales, fans and messages of your accounts, from the latest sync with the platform. Nobody else's numbers are shown here."
- Only your own accounts.
When there's nothing to show
- No numbers synced yet — "Your numbers appear after the next sync with the platform. Check back in a few hours."
- In the chart, with Today: A trend needs more than one day — "Pick 7, 30 or 90 days to see your earnings day by day."
- No daily numbers yet — "They appear after the next sync with the platform."
- No sales in the last 30 days (or the period you picked) — "Pick a longer window to see earlier sales."
- With several accounts, when only some have daily numbers: "Daily numbers cover 1 of your 2 accounts so far."
- No linked account: No creator accounts yet. Ask the agency to link your account.

Good to know
Numbers come from the platform the agency uses to run your accounts, and are picked up regularly. The page doesn't change while you look at it: reload it to see newer numbers. If the badge stays red for a long time, tell the agency.
