My accounts
Your accounts with their last 30 days, one page per account, and what's waiting for you.
What it's for
My accounts shows the accounts the agency linked to your login, with each account's numbers for the last 30 days. Click an account to open its own page, with all its numbers and earnings. The page also tells you when a content request or a task is waiting for you.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Creator.
- The agency has linked at least one of your accounts to your login (up to three).
- To see the reminders at the top, the agency has added a content request for one of your accounts or given you a task.
Steps
Open My accounts
In the menu on the left, click Accounts → My accounts.
Check what's waiting for you
If something needs you, a note appears at the top of the page:
- "1 content request is waiting for your decision" (or "3 content requests are …"), with a Review requests link to Content requests.
- "You have 1 open task from your agency" (or "You have 2 open tasks …"), with a See your tasks link to My tasks.
When nothing is waiting, these notes don't show at all.
Look at your accounts
Under the heading Your account (or Your 2 accounts, Your 3 accounts), each account has a card with:
- a blue circle with the OnlyFans logo, the platform the account is on;
- the account's name;
- its handle and platform, for example "@janeexample · OnlyFans";
- under Last 30 days: Net earnings (what fans paid, minus platform fees), Sales and New fans. When net earnings went up compared with the 30 days before, a small green chip shows by how much, for example "↗ +12.5%";
- when the numbers were last picked up from the platform, for example Updated 12 min ago.
Before the platform's numbers arrive for the first time, the card says Not synced yet instead of showing zeros.
Open an account
Click anywhere on a card (or View account). The account's own page opens, with its name and handle at the top and two parts:
- Analytics: the same numbers, wins and daily chart as My analytics, for this account only.
- Earnings: the same statement as My earnings (gross sales, refunds, the agency's share and your earnings, and How it adds up), for this account only.
The Today, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days buttons at the top change both parts at once. Click All accounts to go back.
What you should see
- The title My accounts and the line "The creator accounts you see in this portal. Your agency manages this list."
- One card per linked account, and no one else's accounts.
- The reminders only when a request is waiting for your decision or a task is still open.
You can't add or remove accounts here: the agency manages the list. To see all your accounts added up, use My analytics and My earnings.
If no account is linked yet
You see No creator accounts yet — "Your agency hasn't linked your accounts to this login. Ask them to link them, then reload this page." Ask the agency to link your account, then reload.
Test checklist
Good to know
A login can have up to three accounts, and an account belongs to one creator login only. Only the agency can add or remove accounts: an administrator does it on their side of the app.
For testers
Test accounts show a Test badge next to their name. To link accounts, sign in as an Administrator and use People → Access, the row menu (⋯) of the creator login, then Creator accounts.
