Wins and growth
How My analytics highlights your progress, and what you see when numbers go up.
What it's for
Your portal is built to highlight your progress. When your numbers grow, My analytics says so, with a growth figure and a short list of wins. Otherwise it shows the amounts on their own.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Creator, with at least one account linked and numbers picked up for it.
- Wins need numbers for a longer period too (usually the last 90 days), to compare with.
Steps
Open My analytics and pick a period
Click Analytics → My analytics, then Today, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
Look for the growth figure
On the Net earnings card, a small figure with an up arrow, such as "↗ +12.5%", means your net earnings went up compared with the period just before (the previous 30 days for 30 days, yesterday for Today). Point at it to read, for example, "Up 12.5% on the previous 30 days".
Otherwise you see the amount on its own.
Read your wins
Just under the heading, your wins show as small cards with green icons. You may see:
- "More earned per day than your 90-day average" — for example "$120.00 a day, against $95.00";
- "More new fans per day than your 90-day average" — for example "3.5 a day, against 2.1";
- with Today: "Today already beats your 90-day daily average" — "$150.00 so far, against $95.00 a day", and "More new fans today than on an average day of the last 90";
- "Best day: Oct 12" — "$410.00 in net earnings": the day with the most net earnings in the period (not shown for Today).
No wins in a period? Then no wins are shown at all.
A worked example
You pick 7 days. Your net earnings were $840.00 in the last 7 days, so $120.00 a day. In the last 90 days they were $8,550.00, so $95.00 a day. $120.00 is more than $95.00, so you see "More earned per day than your 90-day average — $120.00 a day, against $95.00".
If the last 7 days had been $560.00 ($80.00 a day), that win simply wouldn't appear.
What you should see
- The growth figure only on Net earnings, only when it went up, and only when you look at one account (with All accounts for two or more accounts, there's no growth figure).
- Wins compare the period you picked with the longest period that has numbers, usually 90 days. The 90 days period has nothing longer to compare with, so it can only show Best day.
Test checklist
Good to know
The cards always show your real amounts. For the full picture of a period, look at the cards and the Net earnings per day chart.
For testers
Creator screens only point out growth (plan 016). When net earnings went down or stayed the same, check that the page shows no red, no down arrow and no negative percentage, only the amounts.
