Calendar
Read the agency calendar, with the team's approved time off, open content requests and your own task dates.
What it's for
The Calendar shows the agency's dates in one place: deadlines, content drops, payouts, time off and meetings. As a Manager you also see the team's approved time off and every open content request on its due date, so you can plan who covers what. Your own task due dates show too.
You can also add, change and delete events. See Calendar events.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Manager.
- To see agency dates, someone has added events (you, an administrator, or a scheduler for content drops).
Steps
Open the calendar
In the menu on the left, click Operations → Calendar. The title is Calendar. Under it: "Deadlines, content drops, payouts, time off and meetings in one place."
You see this month, for example "October 2026", and "Times in ET" (New York time). Each week starts on Monday. The New event button is at the top right.
Move between months
Use the arrow buttons to go to the previous or the next month. Click Today to come back to this month.
Read a day
Each day shows up to 3 items. If there are more, you see "+2 more" (or another number). Click a day to see everything on that day in the list on the right. Its title is the day, for example "Wednesday, October 22". Click Show upcoming to go back.
Read the Upcoming list
On the right, Upcoming lists the next 30 days, day by day. Today says "· Today".
Open an item
Click an item. A panel opens on the right of the page with the title, the date and time (for example "Wednesday, October 22 · All day"), the type, the creator account (if there is one) and the description. On an event, you also see Edit and Delete.
Show one type only (optional)
Click the list that shows All types. Under Events, pick Deadline, Content drop, Payout, Leave, Meeting or Other: only events of that type stay. Under From your work, pick one kind of date from other pages (below), such as Task due. Pick All types to see everything again.
The dates from other pages
Some items have a dashed border and a small icon. The key under the calendar calls them "Read-only date from another page". As a Manager you see:
| Label | What it is | Button in the panel |
|---|---|---|
| Task due | Your own open tasks (To do, In progress or Blocked) with a due date. Not the tasks you gave to others. | Open the task (opens that task on My tasks) |
| Time off | Everyone's approved Time off, as "name: title", for example "Jane Example: Beach week". | Open the request |
| Content request | Every open content request (Submitted, Approved, In progress, Ready) on its due date. A video call shows at its call time (ET). | Open the content request |
The panel for these says "Read-only. Edit it on its own page." To change them, go to the page they come from. Open the request on someone else's time off opens the reviewer's page of that request; on your own, it opens it in My requests.
What you should see
- Events with a coloured dot for each type. The key under the calendar shows the six types: Deadline, Content drop, Payout, Leave, Meeting, Other.
- The team's approved time off and the open content requests, with a dashed border.
- No Scheduled content dates (those are for schedulers and administrators).
- If nothing is planned: "Nothing in the next 30 days" and "Use “New event” to add a deadline, a meeting or a payout date." If you click an empty day: "Nothing on this day".
Test checklist
Good to know
A Done or Cancelled task, a Denied time off, and a Sent, Declined or Cancelled content request don't show on the calendar.
Approved time off is a Time off date, not a Leave event. Picking Leave in the filter shows only the Leave events people added by hand.
