Agency rates
Set the share of a creator's earnings the agency keeps, from a date.
What it's for
The Agency rates tab of Analytics → Financials holds the share of each creator's net earnings the agency keeps. A rate starts on a date: when it changes, the old rate stays on the weeks before that date and the new one applies from it. The rate in force today feeds every money number that mentions the agency's share, including what the creator sees in their own portal, and each week of a client's payouts uses the rate in force on its payout date.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator (your role needs Edit client payouts to change a rate).
- You know the rate agreed with the creator and the date it starts. A creator starts at 20%.
Steps
Open the tab
Click Analytics → Financials, then the tab Agency rates.
Find the creator
The table lists Creator, Net revenue, Agency share and Agency rate (the rate in force today). The period buttons above decide what the two money columns count.
Add the new rate from a date
On that creator's row, click New rate from…. A window called New rate for (the creator's name) opens:
- HEIGHTS rate (%): the number of percent, for example "22.5".
- Starts on (ET): the first day of the new rate (today by default). It can be in the past or in the future.
- Note: optional, for example why the rate changed.
Click Save rate. The previous rate ends the day before the start date.
See the history
The full list of a creator's rates, with their start and end dates, is in the Fee history card of the client's Payouts page, on that page's tab. See Client payouts.
What you should see
- A message at the bottom of the screen: Fee rate saved.
- When the new rate starts today or earlier, the Agency rate column shows it and Agency share is recalculated. A rate that starts in the future shows from its start date.
- The rate in force today everywhere else: the Agency rate column on Creators, the line "At 22.5%" on the creator's own page, the Agency share cards on Overview and Financials, the reports, and — if that account is linked to a creator login — "Agency share (22.5%)" in the creator's own My earnings.
- Weeks already saved on a client's Payouts page keep the rate they were saved with.
Test checklist
Good to know
You are testing on real data
The test app shares its data with the live app, so a rate you change is real at once: it changes the agency's numbers and what a linked creator sees in My earnings. Write down the old rate before you test and set it back straight after.
Every new rate is written to the app's own record of changes, with who did it and when.
The rate decides what the agency keeps. Money moves outside the app: OnlyFans pays the creator and the client pays the HEIGHTS fee; the client's Payouts page records it.
