Client payouts
Keep each client's weekly payouts, the HEIGHTS fee, what is paid and what the client still owes.
What it's for
Every Sunday, OnlyFans pays out each of a client's pages. The Payouts page of a client keeps those weeks, one tab per page, like the client's account balance sheet. For each week you type the Payout net, take off any deductions (a referral, a promo), and the app works out the HEIGHTS fee and the Creator share. When the client pays the fee for a week, you mark it Paid. The Balance owed is the HEIGHTS fee of every week the client hasn't paid yet.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator. Your role needs See client payouts to open the page and Edit client payouts to add, change, import or mark weeks.
- The client's creator accounts (its pages) are linked on the client page (Edit → Infloww creators).
- You have the payout net of the week from OnlyFans (or the client's sheet).
Steps
Open a client's payouts
Click Management → Clients, open the client, then click Payouts at the top right. The title is the client's name followed by "payouts".
Four cards sit at the top: Payout net, HEIGHTS fee and Creator share for the current year, and Balance owed ("HEIGHTS fee of 2 unpaid weeks"), coloured when the client owes something.
Pick a page
The tabs under the title are All pages and one tab per page, with its page type (for example FREE or PPV) next to the name. The tab you pick stays in the page address.
The table lists the weeks, newest first: Payout date, Page (on All pages only), Payout net, Deductions, Fee base, Rate, HEIGHTS fee, Creator share, Infloww and Paid. The first line, Total, adds up every week of the tab and says how many are unpaid.
Add a week
Click Add week. A panel opens on the right with:
- Page: the page of the tab you are on.
- Payout date (Sunday): the Sunday after the page's last week. It must be a Sunday.
- Payout net (USD): type the amount from OnlyFans, for example 1,165.41. The grey text in the box and the line under it show what Infloww recorded for that week ("Infloww: $1,200.00 (+3.0%)"). It is only a check: OnlyFans holds money back, so the two rarely match, and it is never filled in for you.
- Deductions before the fee: click Add deduction to take an amount off before the fee is worked out. Pick Referral, Promo or Other, type the amount and a note. When Infloww recorded referral income that week, a button Add referral deduction ($…) adds it in one click.
- Note: optional.
The grey box at the bottom shows the Fee base, the HEIGHTS fee with its rate, and the Creator share as you type. Click Add week.
Fix a week
Click the ⋯ button at the end of the week's line, then Edit. Change the payout net, the deductions or the note and click Save changes. A week that is already paid can't be edited: mark it unpaid first, or void it.
Mark a week paid
When the client has paid the HEIGHTS fee for a week, click ⋯ → Mark paid. Pick the date it was paid (Paid on (ET)), add a Payment reference if you have one, and click Mark paid. Paid turns to Yes with the date, and the Balance owed goes down by that week's fee.
If you marked the wrong week, click ⋯ → Mark unpaid.
Void a week entered by mistake
Click ⋯ → Void, say why in Reason and click Void week. The week stays on record but no longer counts in the totals or the balance. Tick Show voided weeks to see it again, struck through, with its reason.
Change a page's rate or page type
Open the page's tab. The Fee history card under the table lists the page's rates with their start and end dates; Current marks the one in force today.
- To change the rate from a date, click New rate from…, type the HEIGHTS rate (%), pick Starts on (ET) and click Save rate. The previous rate ends the day before.
- To set the Page type (FREE, PPV, No-PPV, VIP), pick it in the menu. It is a label only: it changes no number.
Weeks already saved keep the rate they were saved with. To work out an unpaid week again with the rate in force on its date, click ⋯ → Recalculate with current rule, then Recalculate.
Import weeks from the sheet
Click Import. Choose a CSV file or paste the rows (page handle, payout date, payout net, paid yes/no; the sheet's HEIGHTS fee column is optional). Click Check rows: a table shows each line as New, Already there or Can't import, with the reason. When the sheet's fee differs from the app's by one cent, the sheet's amount is shown under the app's. Click Import … weeks to save the new ones. Nothing is saved before that.
Export
Click Export CSV to download every week of the client as a spreadsheet file.
What you should see
- Messages at the bottom of the screen: Week added., Week updated., Week marked paid., Week marked unpaid., Week voided., Week recalculated with the current rate., Fee rate saved. and Page type saved.
- Fee base = Payout net − deductions (never below $0). HEIGHTS fee = fee base × rate, rounded to the cent. Creator share = Payout net − HEIGHTS fee: the creator keeps the deducted amounts.
- Balance owed = the HEIGHTS fee of every week with Paid No.
- A client with no linked pages shows No pages linked to this client; a page with no weeks shows No payouts yet.
- On Analytics → Financials, the Overview tab has a Client balances card listing every client that owes something, with its unpaid weeks, the oldest one and the part already billed On open invoices. Click a client to open its payouts.
- A week on a client invoice says On invoice HA-… (or On a draft invoice) under Paid. It has no ⋯ menu: delete the draft, or pay or void the invoice, instead. See Client invoices.
Test checklist
Good to know
You are testing on real data
The test app shares its data with the live app, so a week you add is real at once and counts in the client's balance. Test on a test client only, and void your test weeks when you're done.
Every change (add, edit, paid, unpaid, void, recalculate, import, new rate) is written to the app's own record of changes, with who did it and when. If two administrators change the same week at once, the second one is asked to reload and try again.
The app doesn't move money. OnlyFans pays the creator; the client pays the HEIGHTS fee outside the app. Paid only records that it happened. To bill the client for its unpaid weeks, click Invoices at the top right and follow Client invoices.
