Overview
The agency's money numbers on one page, with alerts, charts and a creator table.
What it's for
Analytics → Overview is the page you land on when you sign in as an Administrator. It answers two questions at a glance: how much money the agency made in a chosen period, and whether anything needs attention. Most numbers come from Infloww; the expenses and the payroll come from what you record in the app yourself.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- Infloww has been read at least once. Until then the page shows No Infloww data yet and the text "The numbers appear after the first Infloww sync. The sync is set up once the Infloww credentials are available."
Steps
Open the page
In the menu on the left, click Analytics → Overview. The title is Overview and under it "Agency revenue and the numbers that matter, from the latest Infloww sync."
Pick the period
Under the title there are four buttons: Today, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days. 30 days is picked when you arrive. Every number, chart and table on the page follows this choice. Your choice stays in the page address, so you can bookmark it or share the link.
Check how fresh the numbers are
Top right there is a small badge: Updated just now, Updated 12 min ago, Updated 3 h ago or Updated 2 days ago. Hold the mouse over it to see the exact time, for example "Oct 22, 3:05 PM ET". If nothing has ever been read from Infloww it says Not synced yet.
The badge is green while the numbers are fresh, amber when they are getting old and red when they are too old to trust.
While data is being read from Infloww or Hubstaff, a blue Syncing data… badge with a spinning icon appears next to it. Numbers can still change while it shows; hold the mouse over it to see which job is running and its current step. When the sync finishes the badge goes away and the page updates its numbers by itself. The same badge shows on Creators, a creator's page, Financials and the Insights pages.
Read the alerts
Yellow bars with a warning triangle appear above the numbers, but only when they are true:
- Outstanding Infloww invoice balance. — an Infloww invoice is not fully paid.
- Refund rate is 4.12% (above 3%). — fans got too much money back.
- Top 3 creators make 72.5% of net revenue (above 70%). — the agency leans on very few creators.
Read the eight number cards
See What the numbers mean below for each one.
Read the three charts
Revenue trend (money per day), Who brings the revenue (a ring split by creator) and Expenses and margin (a ring split by cost type, with the margin written out above it).
Open a creator
In the Creators table at the bottom, click a creator's name to open their own page. Your chosen period stays.
What the numbers mean
| Card | Small text under it | In plain words |
|---|---|---|
| Net revenue | Creators, after platform fees | What the creators earned in the period, after OnlyFans took its cut. Whole dollars. |
| Agency share | Net × each creator's agency rate | The agency's cut. Each creator's net revenue is multiplied by that creator's own rate, then added up. |
| Gross revenue | — | What fans paid, before the platform's cut. |
| Refund rate | — | Money given back, as a share of gross revenue, with two decimals. Turns amber above 3%. Shows "—" when there were no sales. |
| Transactions | — | How many sales Infloww recorded in the period. |
| Average net sale | — | Net revenue divided by the number of sales. Shows "—" when there were no sales. |
| Active creators | — | Creators marked Active that are still connected in Infloww. |
| Outstanding invoices | Infloww software cost | What the agency still owes Infloww, from the 24 newest Infloww invoices. Amber when above $0. |
Worked examples you can check by hand:
- Agency share. One creator makes $1,000 net at 20% → $200. Another makes $500 net at 30% → $150. The card shows $350.
- Refund rate. Gross $10,000 with $250 refunded → 2.5%. With $350 refunded → 3.5%, the card turns amber and the alert appears.
- Margin. It is written out in words above the expense ring: "Margin $500 = agency share $2,000 − expenses $300 − payroll $1,200 (real staff)." Expenses are the ones you recorded in the expense ledger; payroll is the approved and paid payroll of real staff.
- Change (last column of the Creators table) compares the period with the period just before it: "+12.5%", "-3%" or "0%". "—" means there is nothing to compare: the app has no numbers for that creator yet, or they had no sales in the period before.
What you should see
- Eight number cards, three charts and a Creators table listing every creator the agency manages, sorted by net revenue, with the columns Creator, Status, Transactions, Net revenue, Agency share, Refund rate and Change.
- Status is a green Active badge or an amber Watch badge.
- Empty charts say No transactions in this window or No creator revenue in this window or No expenses recorded in this window.
- Who brings the revenue lists at most the five biggest creators plus a slice called Other, each with its share of the total and its amount.
Test checklist
Good to know
How often the numbers change: Today is re-read from Infloww every 15 minutes; 7 days, 30 days and 90 days are re-read once an hour; the slower parts (who is assigned to which creator, campaign links, messages, Infloww invoices) are re-read once a night, in the small hours, New York time.
Opening this page also asks for fresh numbers in the background when the last read is more than ten minutes old. The page in front of you does not change — your next visit shows the newer numbers.
Known issue
- The margin sentence always ends with "(real staff)", so when the app holds only test people the payroll part reads $0.
The periods are not all measured the same way: revenue counts the last 24-hour blocks, expenses count whole New York days, and payroll counts whole Monday-to-Sunday weeks. A "7 days" margin can therefore include two payroll weeks.
