See your content requests
The custom videos, video calls and items fans bought from your accounts, and what each one asks for.
What it's for
When a fan buys a custom video, a video call or a physical item from one of your accounts, the agency adds it to Content requests. Here you see what the fan asked for, the price, the due date and any file the fan sent, so you can decide whether you'll make it.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Creator, with at least one account linked.
- The agency has added at least one request for one of your accounts. If there are none yet, the page says No requests yet — "When your agency sells a custom video, video call or item for your accounts, it shows up here for you to approve."
Steps
Open Content requests
In the menu on the left, click Operations → Content requests. You can also click Review requests in the note at the top of My accounts.
Find the ones waiting for you
The requests you still need to decide on come first, under Waiting for your decision (with the number in brackets). The rest are under Other requests (or Requests when nothing is waiting). Newest come first.
Read a card
Each card shows:
- the title, for example "Custom video for demo_rob_t" (the type, then the fan's username). When the agency saved the name the fan goes by, it comes first: "Custom video for Rob (demo_rob_t)";
- a short line with the agency's notes for you, when there are any;
- the price in large type (the tip plus the locked message, if there is one), with the tip's payment status under it: Unpaid, Partially paid, Paid or Refunded;
- the status (see the table below);
- the due date, such as "Due Oct 25, 2026" (video calls add the time and its time zone, "at 14:00 (Europe/London)"; My calendar shows New York time, so the two can differ), or in red "Overdue, was due …" when the date has passed;
- "You approved" or "You declined" once you've decided;
- the account's name, if you have more than one account;
- a paperclip when there's a reference file.
Narrow the list (optional)
Use the All statuses drop-down to show one status only. With more than one account, use All accounts to show one account only. If nothing matches, the page says No requests match these filters — "Change the status or account filter to see more."
Open a request
Click a card. The request's page opens, with its title at the top, the account name and handle under it, and an All requests button to go back to the list.
Read the details
- Your decision: the approve and decline buttons while the request waits for you (see Approve a request and Decline a request), or your decision once made. If the agency decided first, this card isn't shown.
- What the fan asked for: the account and when it was sold, the fan's message, then:
- Notes for you: the agency's short note (outfit, wording…), only when there is one;
- Due, with its time zone;
- Duration, for example "6 min", when the agency gave one;
- Date tipped: the day the fan paid;
- Price: the tip, or the tip plus the locked message and the total, for example "$900.00 tip + $150.00 locked = $1,050.00". A locked message is content sent to the fan that they pay for when they open it;
- Tip paid by the fan, for example "$50.00, partially paid". It is only about the tip;
- Fan: a link "… on OnlyFans" that opens in a new tab, when the agency saved one.
- Shipping: for a physical item only, below the request: the item, its size, Ship to with the fan's first name and city and, while it waits to be packed, Show address and the Return address on the parcel (see Ship an item).
- Reference files: "Added by your agency, if the fan sent any." Each file's name and size, and a Download button. Without files: "No reference files."
- History: what happened to the request, oldest first, each line signed You or Your agency with the date and time (New York time, "ET").
Download a reference file (if there are any)
In Reference files, click Download next to a file. The file (a picture or a PDF) is saved to your device. A request can have up to 5 files.
What the statuses mean
| Status | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Submitted | New. It waits for a decision: yours, or the agency's. |
| Approved | It's going ahead: the content will be made. |
| In progress | The content is being made. |
| Ready | The content is ready to send to the fan. |
| Sent | Sent to the fan. Final. |
| Declined | It's not going ahead. Final, unless the agency reopens it. |
| Cancelled | The agency called it off. Final. |
Only the agency moves a request past Approved. You decide once, while it's Submitted.
What you should see
- The title Content requests and the line "Custom videos, video calls and items fans bought from your accounts. Approve the ones you'll make, or decline with a reason."
- Only requests for your own accounts.
- In History, agency steps in plain words, such as "Request created.", "Approved by your agency.", "Declined by your agency.", "Reopened by your agency.", "Reference file added." or "Moved to In progress." When the content goes to the fan: "Moved to Sent." No staff names, notes or payment details.
Test checklist
Good to know
The agency adds requests and keeps them up to date (status, payment, file). If something on a request looks wrong, ask the agency. You don't get an email when a new request arrives: check the notes on My accounts to see when something new is waiting.
For testers
To create a request, sign in as an Administrator in another browser and add one for one of the creator's linked accounts on Operations → Requests → New request. Reload Content requests as the creator to see it.
