Approve a request
Say yes to a custom request you can make by its due date.
What it's for
Approving tells the agency you'll make what the fan bought, by the due date. The agency then takes it from there: they follow the request until the fan has it.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Creator, with at least one account linked.
- A request for one of your accounts has the status Submitted and nobody has decided on it yet. It's listed under Waiting for your decision on Content requests.
Steps
Open the request
Click Operations → Content requests, then click the request under Waiting for your decision.
Check the details
Read What the fan asked for: the fan's message, Notes for you (if any), Due, Duration (if any), Price and Tip paid by the fan. If there are Reference files, click Download to look at them.
Approve
In the Your decision card ("Approve if you can make it by" the due date. "If you decline, your agency sees your reason and takes care of the fan."), click Approve request. The button reads Approving… for a moment. There's no confirmation step and no note to fill in.
What you should see
- A message at the bottom right: Request approved.
- The status changes to Approved.
- The Your decision card now says "You approved this request on" the date and time (ET), with a green tick. The buttons are gone.
- History gets a new line, "Creator approved.", signed You.
- Back on the list, the card moves out of Waiting for your decision and shows "You approved".
- On My accounts, the "waiting for your decision" count goes down by one (or the note disappears).
- On the agency's side, the request shows Creator approved.

Good to know
Approve only what you can make by the due date. Changed your mind after approving? Talk to the agency: you can't undo a decision in the portal.
Who decides
A new request can be decided by you or by the agency, whoever goes first. Either way, the decision moves the request on and the other side can't decide it again.
