Clients
Read the client list, who schedules for each client, what they sell, and their content requests.
What it's for
Clients lists the agency's clients: their status, the scheduler who looks after them, what they sell (items, video calls, custom videos), their Infloww creator accounts and their content requests. As a Manager you can read all of it. Only an administrator adds, edits or archives clients.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Manager.
- An administrator has added at least one client.
Steps
Open the list
In the menu on the left, click Management → Clients. The title is Clients. Under it: "Every client, who schedules for them, and what they sell."
Read the four boxes
- Clients: how many clients are listed ("Not archived", or "Archived" when you tick Archived).
- Active: clients with the status Active.
- Without a scheduler: clients nobody schedules for. The box turns orange when it is more than 0.
- Sell items: clients who sell physical items.
Filter the list (optional)
- Search clients…: type part of a name or description, then press Enter (or click outside the box).
- Status: All statuses, Prospect, Active, Paused or Churned.
- Scheduler: All schedulers, Unassigned, or one scheduler.
- Tick Archived to see only archived clients.
Read a row
Each row shows the Client (the name, with the start of the description under it), the Status, the Scheduler (or Unassigned), the Features (Sells items, Video calls, Custom videos) and the number of Creators.
Open a client
Click the name. The client page shows the status, Archived if it is archived, and "Scheduler:" with a name or Unassigned. At the top right, Price sheet opens the model's prices and chat FAQ (see Model sheet). The tabs are:
- Overview: the About box with the features (or "No extra features") and the description (or "No description yet.").
- Creators: the client's Infloww creator accounts, with their handle (or "No Infloww creators linked.").
- Content requests: the custom videos and video calls of these creators (or "No custom content requests for these creators."). Click one to open it on the Requests page.
- Items: only for clients who sell items, the physical items sold, in three tabs: To pack, Shipped and Delivered (an empty tab says so, e.g. "Nothing to pack"). The fan's address shows only as the first name and city (see Ship a physical item).
What you should see
- No Add client button on the list.
- On a client: no Edit, Archive or Restore button, and no Notes tab. The agency's internal notes about a client are for administrators only.
- If nothing matches: No clients match and "Add a client or change the filters."
