Creator logins
Give a creator a login to the creator portal and choose which of their accounts they see.
What it's for
Creators can sign in to their own part of the app, the creator portal, to see their accounts, earnings, requests, tasks and calendar. A creator login only shows the creator accounts you link to it in Access, so each creator sees their own accounts and nothing else.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- The creator's accounts exist in the app (they come from Infloww; see Creators).
Steps
Add the login
On People → Access, click Add account, choose External collaborator, fill in the creator's Login email and Name, and pick the Role Creator. The hint says "Creator portal only. After saving, choose their accounts with “Creator accounts” in the row menu." Click Add account.
Choose their accounts
In the new row, open the menu (the three dots) and click Creator accounts. The window Creator accounts for followed by their name says "They only see these accounts in the creator portal. Changes apply on their next page load."
Search by name, handle or client under Accounts (it shows how many are picked, for example "Accounts (1/3)"), and click an account to add it. Each account has the OnlyFans logo on its left. Under each account you see its handle and, when it belongs to a client, Client: followed by the client's name. Pick the same accounts as the creator's client, so the creator sees all of their accounts. Picked accounts show as chips above the list; click the × on a chip to remove it. Click Save accounts.
What you should see
- The message Creator accounts saved. (or Nothing changed. if you changed nothing).
- On Access, the Role column shows Creator with the linked account names under it, or No creator accounts.
- When the creator signs in, they land on My analytics and only see the accounts you linked.
- On Creators, each linked account's page shows the login under Portal access.
