Calendar
One month view of agency events, plus the deadlines that come from people's work.
What it's for
Operations → Calendar puts the agency's dates in one place: deadlines, content drops, payouts, leave and meetings that people add by hand, plus dates that come from other pages (scheduled content, task due dates, approved time off and content request due dates). As an administrator you see everyone's dates. To add, change or delete an event, see Calendar events.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- Nothing in the next 30 days? The list on the right says Nothing in the next 30 days and "Use “New event” to add a deadline, a meeting or a payout date."
Steps
Open the calendar
In the menu on the left, click Operations → Calendar. The title is Calendar: "Deadlines, content drops, payouts, time off and meetings in one place." The month shows with its name, for example "October 2026", and "Times in ET": every time on this page is Eastern Time.
Move between months
Use the arrow buttons (Previous month and Next month). Today brings you back to this month.
Read the month
Weeks run Monday to Sunday. Each day shows up to 3 items, then "+1 more" (or more). The colour key under the month lists the six event types and "Read-only date from another page", which has a dashed outline.
Read the list on the right
Upcoming lists the next 30 days, grouped by day ("· Today" marks today). Click a day in the month to list only that day, for example "Thursday, October 22". Show upcoming brings the 30-day list back.
Show one type of event
Use the drop-down at the top. Under Events: Deadline, Content drop, Payout, Leave, Meeting or Other. Under From your work: the read-only dates, such as Scheduled content, Task due, Time off and Content request. All types shows everything.
Open an item
Click any item in the month or the list. A panel opens on the right of the page with the title, the date ("Thursday, October 22 · 2:30 PM ET" or "· All day"), the type, and when they apply Issue, Visible to creators, "Account:" with the creator's name, and the description.
For an event you also get Edit and Delete. For a read-only date the panel says "Read-only. Edit it on its own page." and has a button to that page.
Dates that come from other pages
These show with a dashed outline and an icon. You can't change them here, only on their own page.
| Label | What it is | Button in the panel |
|---|---|---|
| Scheduled content | Every Scheduler's tasks that are Scheduled or have an Issue, at their time, for example "Feed post · @jane.example". | Open in scheduling |
| Task due | Due dates of everyone's open tasks (To do, In progress or Blocked). | Open the task (opens that task on the Tasks page) |
| Time off | Everyone's approved time off, for example "Jane Example: Beach week". | Open the request |
| Content request | Due dates (and call times) of open content requests: Submitted, Approved, In progress or Ready. | Open the content request |
See also Scheduling, Tasks, Staff requests and Content requests.
What you should see
- Events and read-only dates on the right days, in Eastern Time.
- The address keeps the month, the day and the type you picked, so you can bookmark or share the view.

Good to know
Leave or Time off
Approved time off is a Time off date (under From your work), not a Leave event, so it doesn't show under Leave.
Who sees what
Every staff role can open the calendar and sees every event added by hand. Read-only dates depend on the role: administrators see everyone's, a Scheduler sees their own scheduled content, a Chatter only their own work. Creators have their own My calendar in the creator portal, with only the events about their accounts and the ones marked Visible to creators.
