Submit a content request
Record a custom video, video call or physical item a fan bought: the tip, the locked price, the dates and reference files.
What it's for
Every custom sale to a fan starts with this form. It holds the same things as the customs sheet: which page sold it, the fan, what they tipped, the price of the locked message, when they tipped, when it is due, how long it is and what they want. As an administrator you can submit for any creator.
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- The creator exists in the app (creators come from Infloww).
- Optional: up to 5 files the fan sent (pictures or PDFs), to attach as references.
Steps
Open the form
Click Operations → Requests, then New request at the top right. A panel called New custom content request opens on the right of the page: "What the fan bought. An admin or a manager accepts or denies it."
Pick the page and the type
- Page: the box says "Choose a creator". You see every creator.
- Type: Custom video (picked first), Video call or Physical item.
Pick the fan
- Fan username: click the box "Pick a saved fan or type a new one". It is greyed out ("Choose the
page first") until you pick a page.
- Start typing: the saved fans of that page show under Saved fans. Click one. Their name and profile link fill in for you.
- A fan who isn't saved yet shows under New fan as "Use “demo_rob_t” (saved when you submit)". Click it. The box then shows the username with "(new)".
- What to call them (optional): the name the fan goes by, for example "Rob". The request is then called "Custom video for Rob (demo_rob_t)".
- Fan profile link (optional): the fan's profile address. It must start with "https://onlyfans.com".
Enter the money
- Tip (USD): what the fan tipped up front, for example "900" or "149.99".
- Tip paid so far (USD): how much of the tip is already paid. Leave it empty if nothing is paid yet.
- Sent locked for (optional): if the content will be sent as a locked message, its price, for example "150". The request then shows "$900.00 tip + $150.00 locked = $1,050.00".
Set the dates and the length
- Date tipped: today is filled in. You can pick a day up to a year back, never a day ahead.
- Due date: when it must be sent. It can't be in the past.
- Duration in minutes (optional): for a Custom video or a Video call, from 1 to 240.
- For a Custom video, once the page and the tip are filled in, the form checks the tip against the model's Custom video price on the Price sheet and FAQ. If the tip is below it (for that length), or the model's custom videos are Not offered or Needs approval, a yellow warning shows under the dates. It is only a warning: you can still submit.
- For a Custom video, the time zone is fixed: "America/New_York (always ET for custom videos)".
- For a Video call, also fill in the Call time and pick the Time zone of the call.
- For a Physical item, pick the Time zone, then fill in Item description, Size (optional) and, if you have it, the Shipping address (optional) (see Ship a physical item).
Describe what they want
- Details: the full request, in the fan's words if you like (the box says "What the fan asked for.").
- Notes for the creator (optional): a short note, up to 100 characters, for example the outfit. The creator sees it as Notes for you.
Add reference files (optional)
Under Reference files (optional), choose up to 5 files at once: "Up to 5 files: PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF, up to 4 MB each."
Submit
Click Submit request at the bottom of the panel (or Cancel to close it). The button says Submitting… while it saves.
What you should see
- A message at the bottom right says Request submitted., the panel closes and the request page opens.
- The status is Submitted. Price shows the tip, or "tip + locked = total" with a locked price. Tip paid shows the amount and the payment status worked out from the tip only: Unpaid, Partially paid or Paid.
- Date tipped, Due and, if you gave one, Duration and Notes for the creator show at the top of the page.
- History starts with "Request submitted." Your files are listed in the Reference files card.
- A new fan is now saved for that page: the next request for the same username finds them under Saved fans, and the fan's username on the request opens their page (see Content requests).
- The request appears on the Needs review and Mine tabs.
Test checklist
Good to know
Who can submit for which creator
Administrators can submit for every creator. Managers and Chatters only see the creators assigned to them in Infloww (the app reads these assignments from Infloww). Their login must also be linked to their Infloww employee (see Infloww and Hubstaff links). Otherwise they see "Your account is not linked to an Infloww employee" or "No creators are assigned to you".
Due dates
The due date can't be in the past: The due date can't be in the past. A request still open after its due date shows Overdue.
If the request is saved but a file can't be stored, the message says "Request saved, but these files were not added:" with the file names and reasons. The request exists: open it and add the files again from its Reference files card (see Request files).
Saved fans
A saved fan belongs to one page. If you pick a saved fan and change their name or link in the form, the request keeps what you typed, but the saved fan keeps their own details. Only a name or link the saved fan doesn't have yet is filled in from the request. Edit the saved fan from their page.
