Shift Schedule
Put chatters on creator pages for each shift, find gaps and conflicts, and answer availability.
What it's for
The Shift Schedule page replaces the "Off Days" sheet and the plan in people's heads. It has three tabs:
- Schedule: who works which creator page in which shift, day by day.
- Coverage: every page that needs a chatter, shift by shift, with the gaps and conflicts.
- Availability: each employee's week (can work or off), their reason, and your feedback.
The shift schedule also decides who gets commission for sales Infloww gave to nobody: such a sale goes to the chatters scheduled on that page at that time (see How pay is calculated).
Before you start
- You're signed in as an Administrator.
- The shifts are set up on Settings → Shifts (Shifts; by default 3AM – 11AM, 11AM – 7PM and 7PM – 3AM, New York time).
- Pages that need coverage are the active creators linked to Infloww.
Steps
Open the Shift Schedule
In the menu on the left, click Operations → Shift Schedule. The Shifts button at the top right opens the shift settings. The page opens on this week (Monday to Sunday, New York time). Use the arrows or the date box to change week; This week brings you back.
Read the grid
On the Schedule tab, each row is a shift and each column a day. A cell lists the creator pages and the chatters on them. A name in red is a conflict: that person is off that day or no longer active.
Add a chatter
Click Add (or Edit) in a cell. A panel opens on the right with the shift and its hours.
- In Creator page, choose the page.
- In Chatter, choose the person. People who Can work come first, then those Off this day. ★ marks someone who usually works this page in Infloww. Each name says their day: Can work, Not submitted, Off, Off — time off approved or Partly off — time off approved.
- Add a Note (optional) and click Add to schedule.
A message says Added to the shift schedule. If the person is off that day, a second message warns that it shows as a conflict. The same person can't be added twice to the same page and shift.
Remove a chatter
In the panel, under On this shift, click the bin next to a name, then Remove. A message says Removed from the shift schedule.
Copy last week
Click Copy last week, then confirm. Every shift from the week before is added on the same weekday. Shifts already there are skipped, and so are retired shifts and people who are no longer active. A window Last week copied lists how many were added and skipped, and Check these shifts: the copied shifts that clash with someone's day off.
Check coverage
Click the Coverage tab. Four cards show Shifts to cover, Covered, Gaps (nobody scheduled) and Conflicts (someone scheduled is off or not active). The table has one row per creator page and one small box per day and shift: green with the number of chatters, orange Gap, or red ! for a conflict. Point at a box to see who is on it. Use All creator pages and Every page (or Pages with gaps / Pages with conflicts) to filter. Below the table, Conflicts to fix lists each conflict in words.
Answer availability
Click the Availability tab. Cards show Submitted, Late, Not submitted and Waiting for feedback. Each employee who sent their week has a row with each day (Work, Off, Time off, Partly off), their preferred shifts, their Reason and a Late badge if they sent it after the deadline. Click Give feedback (or Edit feedback), write it and click Save feedback. They see it on their My shifts page. The Not submitted list shows who hasn't sent their week, with any approved time off.
What you should see
- If payroll for the week is already approved, a box says Payroll for this week is approved: changes no longer change that week's pay.
- With no shifts set up: No shifts set up.
- With no pages to cover: No pages need coverage.
- With nobody's week in yet: Nobody has sent availability yet.

Good to know
Times are New York time. The overnight shift belongs to the day it starts. Approving time off never changes the shift schedule by itself: you decide who covers instead. Removing a shift is kept in the audit log.
