Follow, change or cancel a request
See where your request stands, change it while it's open, or cancel it.
What it's for
After you send a request, you can follow it until an administrator or a manager decides. While it's still open, you can change it or cancel it.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Scheduler.
- You've sent at least one request (see Send a request).
Steps
Find your request
On Operations → My requests, use the status list: All requests (the default), Open, Approved, Denied or Cancelled. Open means Submitted or In review. Click the request's title.
Read the request page
The title is your request's title. The card shows the type and status, From your name and when you sent it, When, your details, and the Decision note once someone has decided. On the right, History lists every step with who did it and when.
Change it (open requests only)
Click Edit. The Edit request panel opens on the right with the same fields as before. Click Save changes.
Cancel it (open requests only)
Click Cancel request. A window asks Cancel this request? and says Reviewers see it as Cancelled and can't act on it. You can submit a new one later. Click Cancel request to confirm, or Keep it.

- Approved Time off shows on your calendar.
- With no requests yet: No requests yet and Ask for time off, a schedule change, equipment or anything else here. When the status you picked has none: No requests match (if you have other requests; with no requests at all, every status shows No requests yet).
Test checklist
Good to know
- Only administrators and managers review requests, and never their own.
- If someone acted on your request after you opened it, saving shows This request changed while you were looking at it. Reload and try again.
