Find a task
Narrow My schedule down by account, by days, by status or by a word.
What it's for
When you look after several accounts, these choices help you focus: one account at a time, today or the whole week, only the problems, or a search for a caption.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Scheduler.
- You have a few scheduling tasks, ideally on more than one account and on different days.
Steps
Pick an account
Under the cards there is a row of buttons: All accounts, then one button per account, with the OnlyFans logo and the handle, for example @jane.example. The number on a button is how many open tasks (Pending or Issue) that account has (no number when none are open). Accounts with the most open work come first. Click an account to see only its tasks. Click All accounts to see everything again.
Pick a view
Use the tabs Today, Week and All:
- Today (the default): today's tasks, plus pending tasks from earlier days, plus every open issue.
- Week: today and the next 7 days, plus the same tasks from earlier days.
- All: every task, day by day, oldest first. Earlier days are listed under their own date instead of Needs attention.
Pick a status
Open the status list next to the tabs:
- All statuses (the default): everything except cancelled tasks.
- Open (pending + issue): only the work still to do.
- Pending, Issue, Scheduled or Cancelled: only that status. Cancelled tasks only show when you pick Cancelled.
Search
Type in the box Search creator, account, caption…. The list updates as you type. It looks at the creator's name, the account and the caption.
What you should see
- The list only shows tasks that match all your choices at once.
- If nothing matches, you see Nothing matches this view and a Show all tasks link. The link resets everything: All view, All statuses, All accounts and an empty search.
- Your choices stay when you reload the page.
