My schedule
Task statuses
What Pending, Scheduled, Issue and Cancelled mean, and the Overdue and Expired badges.
What it's for
Every scheduling task has one status. This page explains each status, who changes it, and the two warning badges you may see on a task.
The four statuses
| Status | What it means | Who sets it | What you can do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pending | New work from an administrator, not scheduled yet. | An administrator creates the task. | Complete, Mark scheduled or Report issue. |
| Scheduled | You marked it as done. | You. | Undo “scheduled”, on the task's own day only. |
| Issue | You reported a problem. | You. | Mark scheduled once it's fixed. |
| Cancelled | An administrator cancelled it. This is final. | An administrator. | Nothing. It's hidden unless you pick Cancelled in the status list. |
How a task moves
- Pending → Scheduled: you click Complete or Mark scheduled.
- Pending → Issue: you click Report issue.
- Issue → Scheduled: you click Mark scheduled and say how it was resolved.
- Scheduled → Pending: you click Undo “scheduled” (same day only).
- Any status → Cancelled: an administrator only. It can't be undone.
The two badges
- Overdue: the task is still Pending and its planned time has passed (also earlier the same day). The Overdue card at the top only counts tasks from earlier days.
- Expired (red): the task has an expiry time, that time has passed, and the task is still Pending or Issue. On a row, Expired shows instead of Overdue.
Badges are only warnings. They never change a task's status by themselves: the task stays in your queue until you mark it or an administrator cancels it.

Good to know
Only administrators create, edit and cancel scheduling tasks. If a task is wrong or no longer needed, report an issue or ask an administrator.
