My schedule
Undo a completion
Put a task back to Pending if you marked it scheduled by mistake.
What it's for
If you clicked Complete or Mark scheduled on the wrong task, you can undo it, as long as it's still the task's own day.
Before you start
- You're signed in as a Scheduler.
- You have a task with the status Scheduled that is planned for today (in the task's own time zone).
Steps
Find the task
On My schedule, pick Scheduled in the status list, or find the task in today's group.
Open it
Click the task's account name to open its panel.
Undo
Click Undo “scheduled”.
What you should see
- A message: Completion undone.
- The status goes back to Pending. The Complete button is back, and the Today card goes down by one.
- Notes and history has a new line with your name and Completion undone.
- The task no longer shows on the Calendar.
The rule: same day only
- Undo “scheduled” only appears while the task's own day is today, in the task's time zone.
- For a task planned for an earlier day, there is no undo button.
- If you marked a task for a later day early, the undo button only appears on that day.
- If the day changes while the page is open and you then click undo, you see Only today's completed tasks can be undone.

Good to know
Known issue
Nobody can correct an older task's status in the app yet: the administrators' Scheduling board only lets them edit a task's details or cancel it. Tell an administrator anyway, so they know the task wasn't really scheduled.
